Billing schedule and payment terms
- The standard academic enrollment is structured on a 10-month year (September to June). Payment frequencies offered include annual, bimestrial (every two months), and trimester splits tied to that 10-month schedule.
- The enrolment (annual or partial) is a firm and irrevocable financial commitment for the full period chosen; choosing a split payment plan is a facilitation of the total debt, not a change to the total amount due. In case of early departure during the contracted period, no refund (total or partial) of already paid tuition will be made, and outstanding amounts for the contracted period become immediately due.
- For bimestrial payments, a security deposit equal to one month of tuition is required at registration; this deposit is applied against the final payment of the year (or retained if a family leaves before the year ends under the stated conditions). Invoices for tuition and canteen are payable within seven days of issue. No deduction is made for absences, and vacation periods do not reduce amounts due; any month started is charged in full.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: Not applicable. No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed among the school's published fees. The school operates with daytime schedules and a school canteen service.
Other costs and recurring charges
- School meals (cantine) : THB 120 per meal. Meals are charged separately and are not included in tuition. The canteen service is provided on site; a packed lunch may be possible for certain situations as stated in the school rules.
- School supplies, textbooks and exam fees: Fees related to CNED enrolment (when applicable), official exam registration (Brevet, Baccalauréat), and costs for travel/accommodation to exam centres are not included in tuition and are the responsibility of families.
- Uniforms / school clothing: A correct school uniform or appropriate attire is required by school rules, but no specific uniform purchase fee or uniform-price schedule is listed among the published fees.
Refund and cancellation policy
- Registration fees (frais de dossier) are payable at enrolment and are non-refundable under any circumstances. The enrolment commitment (annual or partial) is binding: in the event of interruption or early departure, there is no total or partial refund of tuition already paid; sums already paid remain acquired by the establishment and remaining sums for the contracted period become due immediately. The school's internal regulations state that exclusion for disciplinary reasons also does not give right to reimbursement of registration or tuition fees. A caution (for bimestrial payment plans) may be retained if departure occurs before the end of the contracted period.
Fee payment methods / options listed
- The published fee schedules and school regulations set out amounts, payment frequencies, deposit and invoice deadlines, and canteen charges, but do not specify accepted transaction methods (for example: credit card, bank transfer, cash, or other). Payment methods are not listed in the published materials. For operational details about acceptable payment channels, the school provides a contact phone number and an email address for administrative enquiries.
