Waldorf Steiner Curriculum, French Curriculum
École Rudolf Steiner de Genève is a private, non-profit school near Confignon, Switzerland, serving 2–19-year-olds with a Waldorf-Steiner education and a parallel French curriculum. The school uses a holistic, cross-disciplinary approach across Jardin d'Enfant (2–6), Primaire (6–12), Secondaire 1 (12–15) and Secondaire 2 (15–19). In addition to core subjects, language courses include English, German and Spanish. The Primaire keeps the same primary teacher for six years, balancing concentration with rest. Secondary education remains global and human-centered, with theatre, arts, internships and hands-on projects; Secondaire II offers potential preparation for the French Baccalaureate. The campus sits in a wooded, eco-friendly space with wood architecture, a bio-canteen, forest outings and gardening. The school is UNESCO Associated School, and a member of AGEP and FSEP with Confidentia quality certification. Around 350 students and 70 staff; graduates progress to universities such as Zurich, EPFL, HEAD and Geneva, and other European universities for higher education.
