Application fees
- There is no application fee to apply for a place at Internationella Engelska Skolan Falun. Joining the school queue and applying through the SchoolSoft system is free.
Tuition fees by year group / per term
- There are no tuition fees for any year group at IES Falun (Year 4–Year 9). Tuition: SEK 0 per term; SEK 0 per school year for each year group. Education in the compulsory grades is provided without tuition charges.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Because there are no application or tuition fees, there is no regular tuition billing schedule or recurring payment terms for attending IES Falun. Any occasional, voluntary charges (for example those associated with optional activities) are handled separately and billed on an activity-by-activity basis when applicable.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding is not offered at IES Falun. There are no boarding fees. The school operates as a day school for Years 4–9.
Other costs or fees (uniform, meals, trips, materials, extracurriculars, after‑school care)
- Mandatory uniform fee: There is no mandatory school uniform charge; the school enforces a dress code rather than requiring a paid uniform.
- School meals: Attendance at the compulsory school years does not require payment of tuition; arrangements for school meals follow national/municipal rules. Any meal charges for students in forms where municipalities may charge are governed by local rules rather than by a school tuition charge.
- Optional/voluntary costs: Parents may be asked to pay occasional, voluntary charges for specific optional items or activities (examples include school trips, special extracurricular events, certain activity fees, personal materials, and one‑off team or event kits). Such costs—if they arise—are charged separately for the specific activity. The school provides after‑school Junior Club activities at its schools; any fees for optional after‑school care or activities are managed at school/municipal level.
Refund information
- Refund policy for tuition or application fees is not applicable because there are no tuition or application fees to attend. Refunds (or cancellation and refund rules) for any optional, paid activities (for example a paid voluntary trip) are determined by the school's local arrangements for that specific activity and will be stated with the activity's billing information.
Fee payment options
- There are no standard payment methods for tuition or application because no such mandatory fees are charged. If optional charges are levied for specific activities or services, the invoice or payment request for that activity will state accepted payment methods and payment terms. Local billing for optional activities is handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
