Application / Registration fees
- Entrance / registration fee: PLN 500 (non-refundable) payable at application/registration.
- In addition, a one‑time entry fee of PLN 1,000 is listed as payable before admission and must be paid by 31 August in the year learning starts. Parents should be prepared for this charge where it applies.
Tuition fees by programme and family position (monthly and annual amounts)
- Primary Years Programme (PYP) & Middle Years Programme (MYP):
- First child (no tuition refund): PLN 1,800 per month ⇒ PLN 21,600 per year (PLN 1,800 × 12).
- First child (with tuition refunded by employer/other): PLN 3,500 per month ⇒ PLN 42,000 per year.
- Second child (parents with a child already in PYP/MYP):
- No refund: PLN 1,500 per month ⇒ PLN 18,000 per year.
- With refund: PLN 3,000 per month ⇒ PLN 36,000 per year.
- Third child (parents with children already in PYP/MYP):
- No refund: PLN 1,200 per month ⇒ PLN 14,400 per year.
- With refund: PLN 2,500 per month ⇒ PLN 30,000 per year.
- Diploma Programme (DP, each DP student):
- No refund: PLN 2,000 per month ⇒ PLN 24,000 per year.
- With refund: PLN 4,000 per month ⇒ PLN 48,000 per year.
Notes on how tuition is billed and discounts
- Tuition is charged monthly for the school-year period and the amounts above are the monthly rates used for billing across the school year. For students starting in September, monthly tuition is payable in the period covering 1 September to 31 August.
- First tuition and entrance fees for students who start in September are payable in advance at the latest on the first school day; other monthly tuition payments are due at the latest on the 15th of each month. For students who start during the school year, all tuition and fees are payable within the first four weeks after the start date. Past‑due accounts are subject to a late fee. Alternative installment schedules (commonly two or three installments per semester) may be arranged by the principal. An invoice including VAT can be issued on request.
- Annual prepayment discount: a 10% discount is available for payment of the full year's tuition in advance by the early‑payment deadline; this discount does not apply to families who are receiving a tuition refund. (Deadline language appears in official fee notices—please note the payment-by date for eligibility.)
Method of payment and billing details
- Accepted payment method: bank transfer only. The school provides the university bank details for payments (IBAN and SWIFT). Parents must include the student's name and whether the payment is an entrance fee or tuition in the transfer note.

Insurance and mandatory cover
- Health and accident insurance covering students on campus and en route to school is mandatory in Poland. Students are required either to take the health/accident insurance provided by the school or to present valid private insurance details prior to registration. Personal‑property or third‑party insurance is recommended but not mandatory.
Boarding / residential provision
- No boarding fees apply: ISOB does not operate a boarding provision. The school's published materials and handbooks set out day‑school arrangements and dress code rather than residential charges.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Mother‑tongue support (additional language support) is charged separately where provided:
- PLN 300 per month for families without tuition refund; PLN 600 per month for families with tuition refund.
- Transport, textbooks and some optional services may be charged in addition to tuition if included in the educational contract; transport and textbook charges are listed as potential additional fees and may be invoiced separately.
- School lunch (canteen) prices used for meal ordering: main meal approx. PLN 17 and soup approx. PLN 11 per serving under the current ordering system. Parents use the school's lunch ordering platform and top‑up accounts for payments.
- Parents' Council contribution: PLN 100 per child per school year (annual contribution).
- Uniform: there is no mandatory uniform requirement. The school publishes a dress code and notes that a formal attire is required for official ceremonies, but a compulsory uniform is not enforced. Any optional ISoB‑branded items (e.g., event T‑shirts) are arranged separately.
Refunds and non‑refundable items
- The registration/entrance fee identified in the admissions policy is non‑refundable.
