Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options: full-year (single payment), termly (three payments) or monthly (installments); monthly payment is available on request and subject to approval. All tuition fees must be paid in advance regardless of the payment option chosen.
- Standard expectation: fees are required to be paid two weeks in advance of the start of any given term.
- Invoice & due-date framework (example schedule used by the school): annual/termly invoicing with specified issue and due dates; monthly payments require post-dated cheques or approved direct debit arrangements. Parents choosing monthly or termly options must supply post-dated cheques or sign a direct/auto-debit form as required.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash and cheque; direct / auto-debit (bank debit) is available; post-dated cheques are accepted for scheduled plans. Bank transfer payments should include invoice number and child's name and be advised to the school accounts office. Specific school bank account details are provided for bank transfers.
- Late payment and returned-payment charges: an initial late reminder process applies and an OMR 10 charge is added at first reminder; a returned cheque or failed direct debit carries a charge of OMR 30 per incident. The school also applies defined late-payment penalties under its non-payment procedure; a late payment charge of OMR 200 is cited in the school fees summary as an additional late-payment sanction. Continued failure to pay may lead to the school place being rescinded.
- Post-dated cheques: parents using monthly or termly payment options must provide post-dated cheques (as applicable) to match the chosen schedule.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not provided; there are no boarding fees. (Education and fee arrangements are for day students.)
