Application / Enrolment fee
- A non-refundable signing (enrolment) fee of NOK 1,165 is invoiced shortly after signing the contract. This amount is deducted from the first instalment for August.
Tuition fees by year group
- PYP 1 – MYP 5: NOK 3,850 per month. All tuition amounts are charged as monthly instalments over 11 months (the school fee is averaged for the school year and charged equally every month).

- Per 11-month academic year: NOK 42,350 (NOK 3,850 × 11).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed as equal monthly instalments across 11 months. Instalments are due on the 1st day of each month. The signing fee is deducted from the August instalment.
Boarding (if applicable)
- Boarding is not offered; CIS Sarpsborg is a day school serving grades 1–10. There are no boarding fees.
After-school care (SFO) and other recurring charges
- SFO (after-school care) is offered for PYP 1–4 with the following published prices for PYP 4:
- 5 days/week: NOK 1,975 per month.
- 4 days/week: NOK 1,775 per month.
- 3 days/week: NOK 1,575 per month.
- 2 days/week: NOK 1,375 per month.
- 1 day/week: NOK 975 per month.
- Drop-in: NOK 300 per day.
- For PYP 1–3 the first 12 hours of SFO are subsidised; the price for a full SFO place is NOK 445 per month (PYP 1–3 full-place price). SFO includes a healthy afternoon snack.
Other costs and recurrent provisions
- Device provision: Each PYP student is issued an iPad and each MYP student is issued a MacBook for use at school (and at home where indicated). Families should plan for normal device care, insurance, or replacement costs as needed.
- Sibling discount: A sibling discount is applied when more than one child from the same family is enrolled; families with financial challenges may request reduced school fees through school leadership. The exact sibling-discount percentage or scale is not stated here.
- Uniforms, exam entry fees, school trips, extracurricular activity charges, instrument lessons, and some optional excursions or external exam fees may incur additional costs; specific amounts for these items are not listed in this fee summary. Refund information
