Gjøvik Videregående Skole is an upper secondary school in Gjøvik, Norway, offering both the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and a bespoke Norwegian Studies pathway. The IB route begins in Vg1 as Pre-IB followed by six subjects in Vg2 and Vg3, three at Higher Level and three at Standard Level, with instruction predominantly in English. From 12th grade onward, students can pursue the IB diploma, while Studiespesialisering remains a route to university admission. A Visual Arts SL/HL course will be offered in 2026/2027. The school is the result of a merger of four institutions, tracing roots back to the late 19th century, and today emphasizes international collaboration through exchanges and joint projects. Students participate in study trips and partnerships under Erasmus and Interreg, including exchanges with Kraków's VIII Prywatne Akademickie Liceum. An International Action Day and cooperation with Plan Norge reinforce global citizenship, guided by an Internationalization Leader, Ales Crnko.
