Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are charged on a two-semester basis (i.e., per semester) and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- First-semester fees and second-semester fees for all year groups are due and payable one calendar month before the start of the respective semester.
- The school reserves the right to adjust fees after giving prior notice of not less than three months.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; there are no boarding fees listed in the school's fee schedules (the school operates as a day school and does not include boarding charges in its published fee schedules).

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Textbooks and stationery: Books and school stationery are sold through the school bookshop; parents purchase booklists and stationery as required. The bookshop accepts cash and credit/debit cards (American Express not accepted). Example booklist and purchasing arrangements are issued by the school.
- Uniforms: School uniforms are sold at the on-campus uniform shop; the school publishes uniform item price lists (items such as polos, shirts, skirts, trousers, PE kit and jackets are priced individually). - Included in tuition: Tuition fees include tea break, lunch, student accident insurance cover (terms and conditions apply), computer access, library, music and internet access. Refund and withdrawal information
- Refund of the refundable security deposit is conditional on observance of the school's Rules & Regulations regarding sufficient notice of termination of studies. A minimum of one semester's written notice is required to be eligible for a refund of the security deposit; notices received after specified deadlines (as notified by the school before fee changes) may not be considered sufficient notice and may forfeit the deposit. The school issues formal circulars with the applicable withdrawal deadlines and related procedures.
