Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is organised into three terms; school fees must be paid 7 days before the start of each academic term. Fees therefore are collected on a termly basis (three payments per academic year).
- All payments are to be made to the company's account only; the school warns it is not liable for payments made to any personal account.
Boarding (applicability)
- The Bukit Jelutong campus does not list boarding as part of its fee schedule. Full boarding is offered at the Johor Bahru (EduCity) campus for Secondary students; the boarding facility and related fees are specific to that campus.
Other costs and recurring extras (not included in annual totals above)
- Meals, school uniform, sports attire, books, stationery, after‑school programmes and any other resources are not included in the annual school fee totals and are charged separately.
- For international students there is an additional Student Pass Processing Fee of RM 1,000 payable upon acceptance to the Bukit Jelutong campus (note: the Johor campus lists a different student pass processing amount for students requiring a pass).
Refund information and withdrawal terms
- The refundable deposit is returned only when the withdrawal terms are satisfied: a written notice of withdrawal must be provided a minimum of four (4) months prior to the intended last day or the commencement of the new term. The deposit refund is conditional on (a) written notice of four (4) months, (b) payment in full of school fees for the withdrawal notice period, and (c) no outstanding amounts owing to the school.
- If notice of withdrawal is given after the start of a term there is no refund of school fees for that term and deposit refunds remain conditional.
- All withdrawals incur an administrative charge of RM 200. Refunds (when eligible) are processed by cheque within two (2) months from the student's official last day of school.
Fee payment options (publicly stated information)
- The school's published information specifies that all payments are payable to the company's account only. No public, campus‑specific details on accepted payment methods (for example, credit card acceptance or online payment portals) are published alongside the fee schedule.
Notes and clarifications about fee items
- Application and registration fees are one‑time and non‑refundable.
- Refundable deposits are refundable subject to the withdrawal terms and administrative charge described above.
- Supplementary and miscellaneous fees cover co‑curricular activities and other school services but do not cover meals, uniforms or textbooks unless explicitly stated elsewhere in enrolment documentation.
