Application fees
- There are no application or registration fees charged for pupils admitted to École Internationale Mondorf‑les‑Bains (EIMLB).
Tuition fees by school year / term
- EIMLB is a public international school and does not charge tuition fees for pupils in its regular provision. There is no per‑term or per‑year tuition to be paid for students enrolled in the school's programmes for the 2026/27 academic year (and the most recent published information covering prior years shows the school operates without tuition charges for its public intake).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Because there is no tuition charged, there is no regular tuition billing schedule or tuition payment plan for enrolled pupils. Any specific charges that may apply (see “Other costs or fees” below) are billed individually as required and follow the invoicing arrangements of the responsible administrative unit (commune or school services) for that item.
Boarding / internat fees (if applicable)
- There is currently no operational full‑time boarding provision billed to parents at EIMLB. A government project to build a new EIMLB campus including an internat is being progressed; the project documents state an internat capacity and outline the construction budget, but no published parental boarding tariff schedule is in effect at this time. Any future boarding places and related fees would be established when the internat is opened and administered under the relevant ministry or school regulations.
Other costs or fees (meals, activities, transport, equipment, uniform, trips)
- School meals (restauration scolaire): the school provides access to school meal services. Meal provision is typically organised through communal/school meal schemes and may require parental contributions or payment; those meal charges are administered separately from tuition.
- Extracurricular activities, school trips and certain supervised services: these may incur separate fees charged per activity or per trip (for materials, transport, entrance fees, or specialist instruction). Such activity‑specific charges are invoiced individually when they occur.
- Transport: organised school transport or dedicated shuttle services (where available) are managed according to the relevant transport providers or communal arrangements and may require payment when applicable.
- Uniforms and textbooks: no mandatory school uniform fee schedule is published for EIMLB; standard textbook/material arrangements follow normal public‑school practice and, where a parent purchase is required, costs are charged on an individual basis. No universal uniform or textbook fee applies as a school‑wide tuition charge.
Refund information
- There is no tuition to refund for standard enrolled pupils because EIMLB does not charge tuition. For itemised charges that parents may pay directly (for example, meal fees, activity fees or trip fees), refund terms depend on the specific service provider or the individual activity's published conditions; refunds for those items are handled according to the invoice or agreement governing that specific charge.
Fee payment options
- For the school's itemised charges where payment is required (meals, trips, activities, transport), payments are processed through the appropriate administrative channels (communal services, the school's administrative office or contracted providers). Typical methods used by communal/school services in Luxembourg include direct payment to the commune or school office (bank transfer or local administrative payment procedures) and any electronic payment methods the commune or provider supports. Specific accepted payment methods for a given charge are stated on that charge's invoice or in the administrative instructions for the service.
Summary statement (fees only)
- EIMLB is a public international school that does not impose application or tuition fees for enrolled pupils. Occasional itemised charges (meals, trips, extracurricular activities, transport or specific materials) may apply and are billed separately; boarding provision is part of a planned campus development but, as of the current project documents, no parental boarding tariff schedule is in force.
