Application fees and entrance testing
- Testing (student diagnostic test / assessment): EUR 50 per student.
- One-time admission (registration/entry) fee: EUR 950 (one-off payment required to reserve a place). Admission fees for specific entry-years or programmes may differ (examples on school notices include other one-off admission amounts for certain year-groups).
Tuition fees (day-school programmes) — standard full‑day education
- Standard full‑day tuition (national and International Baccalaureate tracks where applicable): EUR 740 per month, billed in 10 instalments per year. Annual tuition (10 instalments) therefore equals EUR 7,400.
- Family discount: 20% reduction on tuition for the second and each subsequent child from the same family (this discount does not apply to the additional International Baccalaureate programme fee or to pupils receiving a school scholarship).
Additional International Baccalaureate (IB) programme fee (where chosen)
- Pre‑school and grades 1–5: additional EUR 100 per month (billed in the same 10 instalments).
- Grades 6–10 and grades 11–12 (IB MYP / IB DP cohorts): additional EUR 170 per month (billed in the same 10 instalments).
- When the IB programme is chosen, the IB monthly supplement is charged on top of the standard monthly tuition.
Pre‑school / Little Klaipėda Lyceum (early years) fees
- Full‑day pre‑primary / pre‑school (standard full‑day): EUR 700 per month, paid in 10 instalments per year.
- For children aged 1.5–3 years: education until 13:00 — EUR 600 per month (10 instalments); 3 days/week option — EUR 530 per month (10 instalments); 4 days/week option — EUR 620 per month (10 instalments).
- A bilingual pre‑primary option has a higher stated monthly fee in the school's published schedules (example historic/bilingual rate shown as EUR 800 per month in published fee tables). Parents choosing bilingual pre‑primary should note the differentiated rate applied to that programme.
Per‑term / per‑installment presentation
- Billing cadence used for tuition: 10 instalments per academic year. The published monthly amounts above are the instalment amounts; the annual charge equals the instalment amount multiplied by 10.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in 10 instalments per academic year (monthly instalments across the schooling months). Payment of the admission (one‑off) fee is required when signing the education contract to reserve a place. If the admission fee is not paid in the required time the reserved place may be offered to another student.
Boarding / accommodation
- The school's programmes are organised as full‑day day school education (hours and services are listed for daytime care and lessons). There is no published boarding or residential programme for pupils.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Uniforms: a school uniform is required for primary, lower‑ and upper‑secondary pupils; suppliers and ordering contacts are provided by the school (uniform items and where to order are listed). Costs for uniform items are charged separately by suppliers.
- Curriculum extras and items parents commonly pay for separately include: some textbooks and individual pupil learning materials, certain competitions and olympiad entry fees, some class or school excursions (transport and entrance fees), certain extracurricular activities or additional individual/group tutorials where applicable, specialist lessons requested beyond standard provision, and school meals. These items are published as additional payable items.
- Specific programme or year‑group one‑off admission fee variations exist (examples in published admissions pages show different one‑off amounts for entry to certain year groups or to the Little Lyceum). Where applicable, those one‑off figures are charged in addition to regular tuition.
Refund and cancellation policy (key points)
- The one‑time admission (registration/entry) fee is non‑refundable when a family later changes their decision not to enrol after paying that fee. The school may release a reserved place if the admission fee is not paid on time.
- Other refunds (for tuition instalments, meals, activities, etc.) are handled according to the school's internal payment and contract terms as published in parent/student agreement documents and admission notices; some additional services or activities are explicitly listed as separately chargeable.
Fee payment options and invoicing details
- Bank transfer is accepted; the school publishes bank account details and IBANs for payments. Example published billing details include a Swedbank account IBAN for the main entity and a Swedbank IBAN for the Little Lyceum; another published contact page lists a Luminor bank account for the school. Payment by bank transfer to the school's account(s) is the documented payment channel.
- For invoicing, accounting and specific payment arrangements (timing of instalments, reference information to include with transfers, and which bank account to use for a given unit of the school) use the school's published billing/rekvizitai contacts (account and accounting contact details are provided on the school's contact/rekvizitai pages). The school lists accounting/billing email contacts for invoice queries.
