Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and transport are charged on an annual basis and are payable together. For convenience, payment is allowed in instalments.
- Standard instalment dates (three-instalment schedule): 1st instalment on or before 10 April; 2nd instalment on or before 10 September; 3rd instalment on or before 10 December. For IGCSE III, AS and A Level the instalment schedule is different: 1st instalment on or before 10 September; 2nd instalment on or before 10 December. Non-payment or late payment can lead to denial of admission to class or denial of travel on the school bus; written approval from the Principal is required for late payment and must be requested at least 20 days before the due date.
- At the time of admission (before the start of the academic year), the first instalment of school fee must be paid; this first instalment is non-refundable. Students admitted between instalment dates must pay the instalment relevant to the admission timing (e.g., students admitted between first and second instalments pay the first instalment; admitted between second and third instalments pay the second instalment).
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school's published facilities and fee material describe day-school infrastructure and transport only; no boarding/hostel fees are listed or charged.
Other costs and mandatory purchases
- Uniform: School uniform and PE uniform are mandatory and must be purchased from the school uniform shop. Monograms are supplied by the school.
- Books and stationery: Textbooks and stationery must be purchased from the school bookshop.
- No refund will be issued for books or uniforms once purchased. Additional occasional charges for events, trips or special programmes may apply but are not listed as recurring tuition items.
Refund information and transfer/withdrawal terms
- A parent who completes admission formalities and submits a withdrawal application within one week of the commencement of classes is entitled to a refund of the paid tuition fee less KD 50.
- Refund of any instalment paid in advance is permitted only if the parent submits the Transfer Certificate application in the prescribed form at least 10 days prior to the due date of the instalment for which a refund is sought; otherwise the instalment remains payable. If a Transfer Certificate application is submitted after a due date, the instalments due up to that date must be paid before the TC is issued. No refunds are provided for uniforms or books. No certificates are issued while dues remain outstanding.
Fee payment options and accounts contact
- An online payment facility is available via the school's online payment portal (Pay Online / FAIPSONLINE). For payments or account queries, the school's accounts/finance contacts are available (accounts department / accountant email). Parents are instructed to contact the accounts department for cancellations or special billing requests.
Notes for budgeting
- All fee figures above are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD). Tuition and transport are annual charges; the instalment amounts shown are the permitted split of each annual charge. Uniforms, textbooks and stationery are additional one-off purchases and are non-refundable once bought. Refunds on tuition are limited and governed by the transfer/withdrawal rules shown above.
