Billing schedule and payment terms
- Full payment is due upon receipt of the school invoice.
- Tuition can be paid on an annual or bi-annual basis.
- An installment plan is available for individual (self-paying) families via the Accounting Office; companies paying educational expenses are not eligible for the installment option.
- For students enrolling after the school year begins, tuition is calculated by academic quarters; attendance for any part of a quarter requires payment for the entire quarter.
- All bank charges for transfers (domestic or international) must be paid by the payer; transfers should be made in the child's name.
Payment methods and options
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or Wise. Credit card and cash payments are not accepted.
- Account naming and bank charge policy: transfers should be made in the child's name and any bank charges (from Japan or overseas) must be covered by the payer.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. The school's programs serve ages 1–6 and operate as day programmes; no boarding fees are published.
Refunds and cancellation
- Refund policy: All fees are non-refundable after payment.
- Late-enrolment and prorating rule: Tuition for late enrolment is calculated by academic quarters; attendance of any part of a quarter requires full payment for that quarter.
Summary of available fee components a parent should expect to pay at enrolment
- Upfront (on acceptance): Registration Fee (JPY 200,000) + Annual Educational Enhance Fee (JPY 150,000) + first tuition payment (amount depends on chosen programme and schedule).
- Ongoing: tuition (annual/bi-annual), consumption tax (an additional 10% applies to fees), costs for textbooks and materials as invoiced, any extended-care charges, and program-specific extras.
Notes on published detail
- The published fee schedule provides detailed annual tuition by programme, days-per-week and hours (including both September–June and September–August annual options), and specifies payment methods, billing cadence options (annual, bi-annual, quarterly proration rules for late enrolment), and the non-refundable policy. The published schedule does not list a per-term (traditional trimester/term) invoice figure as a standard line item; instead, it specifies annual amounts and notes that tuition may be paid annual or bi-annually and that late enrolment is billed by academic quarter.
