Application & Assessment Fees
- Preschool (trial lesson fee): JPY 2,200.
- Kindergarten (admissions examination fee): JPY 10,000.
Tuition fees (charged monthly) — Preschool & Kindergarten
- Tuition is charged on a monthly basis. The term “Days” refers to the fixed number of days per week enrolled. Two daily schedule options are available: 5-Hour option (09:00–14:00) and Full-Day option (08:30–18:00).
Kindergarten (age 3–6; students attend 5 days per week):
- 5 days a week, 5‑Hour option: JPY 97,000 per month.
- 5 days a week, Full‑Day option: JPY 135,000 per month.
Preschool (age 1.5–3; students may attend 1–5 days per week):
- 1 day a week: JPY 32,000 per month (5‑Hour) / JPY 45,000 per month (Full‑Day).
- 2 days a week: JPY 50,000 per month (5‑Hour) / JPY 79,000 per month (Full‑Day).

Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is invoiced on a monthly basis. Payment may be made either as an Annual Payment (full year payment; due in full on March 27) or by Installment Payments (three scheduled payments during the school year).
- Extended childcare / late‑pick‑up fees apply for time beyond the scheduled dismissal; rates are charged per 30‑minute block and extended fees are collected by automatic bank withdrawal.
- If tuition payment is delayed for more than three months, the school may require withdrawal of the student; unpaid fees must be settled before resuming attendance.
- Withdrawal requirement: a written notice of withdrawal must be submitted two months before the intended departure date; the withdrawal date is set to the end of a calendar month. There are no refunds of tuition or other fees in the case of withdrawal.
Refund policy
- There are no refunds for tuition, the annual membership/educational service charge, the entrance fee, or other fees in the event of disaster, unforeseeable circumstances, parental circumstances, or other situations outside the school's control.
Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable. The Musashi‑Shinjo campus operates as a day preschool and kindergarten with standard day‑time hours and does not provide boarding accommodation.
Fee payment options
- Bank transfer / bank remittance is used for fee payments; transfer fees are to be borne by the payer. The school operates direct bank transfer instructions and uses automatic bank withdrawals for certain fees (for example, extended childcare fees). Parents are asked to follow the school's bank transfer instructions when making payments.
