- Boarder (Hostel, Pre‑Nursery–XII): INR 310,000 per year (this figure is the published composite annual charge for residential students and includes tuition, boarding, development and annual charges).
Transport fees
- School transport is charged separately for day scholars and varies by distance; typical published ranges for this school are approximately INR 21,600 to INR 36,000 per year depending on route. Transport is listed as a separate charge in the published fee schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and recurring charges are billed and collected on an installment schedule. The GD Goenka group's published schedules commonly require fee payments quarterly (installments due at the start of each quarter: April, July, October and January). Installments are payable before the start of the quarter and late‑payment penalties apply if fees are not paid by the due date (branch fee schedules show a late fee applied after the 10th day and per‑day late charges).
- One‑time charges (registration / admission fees) are payable at the time of admission. Composite and annual charges are payable as specified in the admission offer.
Security / caution deposits and one‑time charges
- A refundable caution/security deposit is commonly required by GD Goenka campuses (amounts vary by branch). One‑time charges such as admission fee, development charges and other initial charges are also commonly listed in the published fee schedule; exact one‑time amounts for a particular intake or year are shown on the school's session fee document and in the admission offer.
Other costs (uniform, books, stationery, activities)
- Uniform, books, stationery, lab deposits (where applicable), examination charges and optional activity fees are additional to the tuition/boarding/transport figures and are charged either as one‑time items at admission or as separate recurring/annual charges. Development / annual charges and ICT / health & hygiene charges are also typically listed separately in the published fee schedule. Exact amounts for uniforms and books are specified in the session prospectus and fee schedule.
Refund information
- Registration and admission fees are treated as non‑refundable in the published fee schedules. Refundable caution/security deposit amounts (when taken) are refundable on withdrawal of the student after settlement of outstanding dues; the caution deposit is refundable only after the student finally leaves the school, subject to deduction of any outstanding dues. Late fee rules and non‑transferability clauses are specified in the session fee document.
Fee payment options (accepted modes)
- The school publishes multiple payment routes for fee remittance, commonly including the school ERP/online portal for fee payment, bank transfer / demand draft (where applicable and payable in the name specified by the school), and other online payment methods accepted via the school's payment portal. The school's fee schedule and admission instructions indicate the preferred payment channel(s) to be used at the time of payment.
Notes on totals and composites
- Published composite annual figures for day scholars typically bundle tuition, IT, development and—for certain grades—transport; the hosteller figure is a composite that includes boarding charges. Itemised line‑items (tuition vs development vs transport vs caution deposit) and instalment amounts are published in the session fee document and appear in the school's mandatory disclosure/fee PDF for the 2025–26 session. Parents should review the itemised fee schedule for the selected session and grade to see the instalment amounts and any one‑time charges included in an admission offer.
