Installment payment (two or three installments) is allowed selectively on parental request. Delayed payments attract fines and students who fail to pay within due dates may lose concessions and boarding students may be restricted from classes. The published schedule indicates one-time payments are expected before the session start/Before 30th April for one-time options.
*Boarding / hostel fees (where applicable)*
- Hostel accommodation is available according to the school's facilities listing. The official fee schedule includes separate boarding/hostel-related charges and mess/food charges; for senior classes the schedule shows higher annual boarding-related figures in the published table (examples in the schedule show boarding/related charges in the range indicated for senior bands). Mess/food charges are treated separately and the policy treats mess dues on a pro-rata basis when computing refunds.
*Transport (bus) fees*
- Transport is charged by distance slot. The published transport slots and annual charges in the school fee schedule (Session 2025–26) are shown as:
- Slot 1 (up to ~5 km): INR 20,000 per year.
- Slot 2 (~5–10 km): INR 22,000 per year.

*Other costs and recurring charges*

*Refund information*
- The group refund policy published by the institution states: no refund is admissible against Tuition Fees, Course Fees and Boarding fees that are payable for a full academic session. Pro‑rata refund is admissible for Mess Dues (mess dues treated for 10 months and refund computed month‑wise). Refunds are admissible on actual basis for contingent items (pocket money, telephone expenses, uniforms, equipment) and refundable caution/security deposits are refundable in full net of recoverable charges (if any). Installment/late‑payment rules and adjustments against caution money for unpaid dues are specified in the published policy.
*Fee payment options and receipts*
- The published group policy and fee instructions state fees are payable in advance, with installment options allowed selectively; the school's general instructions note fee receipts will be issued on receipt of confirmed payment and that late or dishonoured instruments attract administrative charges and penalties. The official materials instruct parents to follow the school's fee schedule and payment instructions supplied at admission (the fee schedule shows expected one‑time payment dates and installment conventions). Specific electronic payment methods (bank account / NEFT / online gateway details) are provided through the school's admission/accounts instructions and the published fee schedule lists transport / term / identity charges as separate line items.
Notes:
- All numeric figures above are taken from the school's published Fee Structure (Session 2025–26) and the institution's policy documents as shown in the school's published fee schedule and policy pages. Figures are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown as annual or per‑term items as printed in the schedule.
