Application fees and one-time charges
- Registration / Application Fee (paid with the application/prospectus): INR 1,000 (non-refundable).
- Admission Fee (one-time, payable at the time of admission):
- Nursery – Grade 10: INR 20,000 (non-refundable).
- Grades 11 & 12: INR 12,000 (non-refundable).
- Security Deposit (without interest, refundable): INR 3,000.
- Sibling discounts on Admission Fee:
- Second real brother/sister: INR 3,000 discount.
- Third real brother/sister: INR 3,500 discount.
Tuition fees (listed per quarter; annual amounts shown in parentheses)
Fees are billed quarterly. The quarterly amount and the equivalent annual total (4 quarters) are given below by year group:
- Play Way: INR 7,500 per quarter (INR 30,000 per year).
- Nursery: INR 11,820 per quarter (INR 47,280 per year).
- LKG, UKG: INR 12,810 per quarter (INR 51,240 per year).
- Class I, II, III: INR 13,860 per quarter (INR 55,440 per year).
- Class IV, V, VI, VII: INR 15,210 per quarter (INR 60,840 per year).
- Class VIII, IX, X: INR 16,350 per quarter (INR 65,400 per year).
- Class XI & XII – Science: INR 20,670 per quarter (INR 82,680 per year).
- Class XI & XII – Commerce / Humanities: INR 19,860 per quarter (INR 79,440 per year).
- Transport charges: billed separately “as per distance”; transport fees are payable together with tuition each quarter.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Quarterly fee collection schedule and due dates:
- 1st quarter (for April, May, June): due by 25 March.
- 2nd quarter (for July, August, September): due by 10 June.
- 3rd quarter (for October, November, December): due by 10 September.
- 4th quarter (for January, February, March): due by 10 December.
- Late payment penalty: a late fine of INR 20 per day will be charged after the due date.
- Non-payment consequences: if fees are not deposited by the 30th of the month, the student's name may be struck off the rolls; re-admission in that case requires payment of the Admission Fee.
- Transport fee rules: transport fee must be paid from the month a student starts using the transport service and must be cleared through the quarter-end if discontinued mid-quarter. Transport fee is payable along with tuition each quarter.
- Fee revision: the school fee is subject to revision at the discretion of the School Management.
Boarding / hostel fees
- Boarding is not itemised in the school's fee schedule for the Cambridge Palampur campus; no boarding/hostel fees are listed in the published fee structure and admission documents.
Other costs and recurring charges
- Transport: charged by distance; parents should expect an additional quarterly transport fee when using the school bus. Transport routes and related notices are published by the school.
- Textbooks and stationery: a detailed book list is published (textbooks recommended by grade for the 2025–26 session); parents are responsible for purchasing the required books and stationery. Exact book prices are not included in the fee schedule.
- Uniforms and physical education kit: uniforms are required; specific uniform price details are handled separately by the school (uniform page and noticeboard references).
- Optional activities and trips: fees for certain excursions, overnight trips, or specialised external programmes (if organised) may be charged separately; such charges are not included in the standard quarterly tuition line items.
Refund information
- Refund policy for deposits and fees:
- Security Deposit (INR 3,000) is refundable (without interest).
- All other fees, once deposited, are non-refundable. No fee, once deposited, will be refunded except for the Security Deposit.
