Application / registration fees
- A one-time, non-refundable Registration & Admission fee is payable at the time of joining for each school section. Specific published amounts are:
- Registration & Admission fee for students entering Grade I (transitioning from the kindergarten): INR 21,000.
- Registration fee for the Cambridge IGCSE programme (Grade IX entry): INR 47,300.
- Registration fee for the Cambridge AS/A Level programme (Grade XI entry): INR 47,300 (current student schedule).
- Registration fee for new applicants to the Grade IX–XII Cambridge programme (new-applicant schedule): INR 68,300.
Kindergarten tuition and fees (Playclass, LKG, UKG)
- Administrative & Facility (annual) fee (paid online during the April window):
- Playclass: INR 9,590.
- LKG: INR 13,730.
- UKG: INR 13,730.
- Monthly tuition (due in advance on the 10th of each month, June–March):
- Playclass: INR 3,600 per month.
- LKG: INR 4,210 per month.
- UKG: INR 4,570 per month.

Primary & Junior school tuition and fees (Grades I–VIII)
- One-time Registration & Admission fee at entry to Grade I (for students moving from the King's Kindergarten to Grade I): INR 21,000. No further registration fee is charged up to Grade VIII.
- Annual Administrative & Facility fee (paid online in April):
- Grade I: INR 16,000.
- Grade II: INR 16,000.
- Grade III: INR 17,500.
- Grade IV: INR 17,500.
- Grade V: INR 18,300.
- Grade VI: INR 18,300.

High school / Senior school tuition and fees (Grades IX–X, XI–XII / Cambridge IGCSE & AS/A Level)
- Cambridge IGCSE (Grades IX–X) — registration and termly tuition:
- Registration fee for the IGCSE programme on admission: INR 47,300.
- Annual Administrative & Facility fee (paid online in April): INR 21,200.
- Term tuition schedule (three terms):
- Term 1 (Jun–Aug): INR 24,200.
- Term 2 (Sep–Dec): INR 32,100.
- Term 3 (Jan–Mar): INR 24,200.
- Total tuition (less registration): INR 101,700.
- Cambridge IGCSE exam charge (approx.): GBP 68.90 per subject (exam and courier charges billed separately).
- Cambridge AS / A Level (Grades XI–XII) — registration and termly tuition:
- Registration fee for the AS/A Level programme on admission (current-student schedule): INR 47,300.
- Annual Administrative & Facility fee (paid online in April): typically INR 21,200 (science) or INR 18,900 (humanities) depending on stream.
- Term tuition schedule for the Science stream (three-term example):
- Term 1 (Jun–Aug): INR 28,400.
- Term 2 (Sep–Dec): INR 37,900.
- Term 3 (Jan–Mar): INR 28,400.
- Published total tuition (less registration) for the Science stream: INR 115,900 (humanities totals differ slightly).
- Cambridge AS/A Level exam charge (approx.): GBP 76.20 per subject for AS; GBP 111.25 per subject where AS and A Level are combined; courier fees billed separately.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual Administrative & Facility fee is payable online in the April payment window. An early-payment concession is published for full-year payments: an 8% discount is granted for full payment in the early-April window; a smaller discount (4%) may be offered for full payment in May where published. Refunds of any early-payment discount are processed after the school reopens upon provision of bank details where applicable.
- Tuition billing:
- Kindergarten and Grades I–VIII: tuition is billed monthly for 10 months (June–March); monthly payments are due in advance by the 10th of each month, with a 3-day grace period.
- Grades IX–X and XI–XII (Cambridge programmes): tuition is billed termly for three terms; term payment deadlines are the 10th of the first month of each term.
- Late-payment charges and consequences:
- A 3-day grace period applies after the 10th. For AY 2026–27 rules, late fees for Kindergarten/Grades I–VIII are INR 150 per week (maximum INR 300 per month) beginning from the 14th day; Cambridge programme late fee is INR 150 per week (maximum INR 750 for the period) after the grace period. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension of services, withholding of exam entry or legal recovery measures. Extensions may be granted only with prior written request before the 7th of the month.
Boarding / hostel
- No boarding or hostel fees are listed; the school's published materials do not provide a boarding programme or boarding fee schedule.
Other costs and recurring additional charges
- Transport (school bus): separate bus fees apply (payable for the 10 months June–March). The transport fee is non-refundable; discontinuation requires written notice before the 1st of a month otherwise the full month's fee is charged. Bus fees and routes are published separately. Bus-related non-payment can lead to suspension of the service.
- Examination and external assessment fees (Cambridge): exam charges are additional and billed in GBP by subject; courier charges or other exam-related costs are extra.
- Supplies and consumables: uniforms, textbooks, stationery, notebooks and similar supplies are not included in fees and must be purchased separately from designated vendors. Charges for extracurriculars, excursions, clubs, events and software/digital resources are additional where applicable.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Admission/Registration, Annual Administrative & Facility fees, and monthly/term tuition payments are generally non-refundable. Transport fees are non-refundable. If a student is withdrawn mid-term or is absent for more than a specified period, the full fee for that term is payable. Refunds or exemptions are possible only by explicit approval and with valid supporting documents; an administrative charge (for example a 10% charge) may be applied to approved refunds. All outstanding dues must be cleared before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
Payment methods and practical instructions
- Accepted payment channels: online fee portal and the parent mobile app (Hello CB) using Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards or UPI; bank-initiated direct deposits are discouraged. Payments may also be accepted at the school office by cash, cheque or card and by dynamic QR code where available. Parents should avoid duplicate online transactions; in case of failed transactions provide transaction details to the finance office for reconciliation. Official fee receipts and e-fee cards are managed through the school finance office/app.
Important administrative notes (financial)
- All fee-related communications, reminders and e-fee cards are issued through the parent app/finance office channels; outstanding dues are monitored and reminders issued in the second week of each month. Fees must be cleared before examinations and before a Transfer Certificate is issued. Specific program-related costs (exam registration, digital subscriptions, courier charges) are additional and billed separately where applicable.
