One‑time (admission / registration) fees

Regular tuition / composite fees (amounts shown as monthly; school offers monthly or quarterly billing)
- KG1–V: INR 5,750 per month (monthly) — equivalent to INR 17,250 per quarter or INR 69,000 per year if paid monthly for 12 months.
- VI–VIII: INR 5,750 per month (monthly) — equivalent to INR 17,250 per quarter or INR 69,000 per year.
- IX–X: INR 6,820 per month (monthly) — equivalent to INR 20,460 per quarter or INR 81,840 per year.
- XI–XII: INR 7,720 per month (monthly) — equivalent to INR 23,160 per quarter or INR 92,640 per year.
Exam, lab, academic and recurring auxiliary charges
- Exam fee (class KG1–XII, non‑refundable): INR 2,200 (per year).
- Lab / Skill‑Lab charges (listed as quarterly): INR 200 per quarter (per applicable lab category); exact applicability varies by class (IX–XII lab charges and I–VIII skill labs as indicated).
- Almanac: INR 250 (per year / charge indicated per class group).
- Academic calendar: INR 250 (per year / charge indicated per class group).
- ERP / NFC I‑cards: INR 100 per month (recurring). NFC (parent) one‑time charge shown in the schedule (INR 100).
- Club fees: INR 200 per month.
- Abacus classes (mandatory for classes 1–8): INR 200 per month (where indicated mandatory).
Other charges / exclusions
- Transport (AC): Charged “as per distance” — variable by route/distance.
- Uniforms, Olympiad exam fees, excursion amounts, annual function participation fees, and before/after‑school activity charges are not included in the standard fee figures and are billed separately when applicable.
- Penalties / miscellaneous: unfair means / electronic gadget misuse or certain disciplinary fines INR 500; late‑coming fine INR 10/day; surcharge for late fee payment (see Billing schedule).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing frequency: Fees may be paid monthly or quarterly. Payment is due before the 15th of the month for monthly payments or before the 15th of the first month of the quarter for quarterly payments.
- Late payment surcharge: INR 5 per day is applied after the due date.
- Cheques: Not accepted. Demand drafts are acceptable. Cash payments are not accepted.
Accepted payment methods
- Electronic payments via QR codes, ERP/payment app and card swipe facilities are accepted (no cash). Demand drafts acceptable; cheques are not accepted.
Discounts, scholarships and sibling concession
- Sibling concession for new admissions: 5% discount on tuition for the elder child (applies to new admissions for the session shown).
- Tuition scholarships (classes IX–XII) tied to academic percentage bands: example bands shown include 90–92% = 10% discount; 92–95% = 15%; 95–97% = 25%; above 97% = 50% (applicability per the school's scholarship policy).
Refund / withdrawal terms
- Admission form, prospectus and admission charges are non‑refundable.
- Caution money is refundable as indicated for the classes where it is collected.
- Early withdrawal / transfer certificate (T.C.) conditions: A one‑month written notice to the school's administration/accounts office is required; if proper written notice is not provided, the next tuition instalment will be considered payable. (The schedule specifies the required form of written notice.)
Boarding
- Boarding fees: Not applicable — no boarding/hostel fee line items are shown in the published fee schedule.
Included items / standard inclusions
- The published fee figures include items listed as part of the composite fee such as festival celebrations, certain medical checkups, educational field visits, digital photographs, interactive and orientation workshops, ICT classroom access, CBSE training and CBSE sports registration where specifically listed as inclusions.
