Application / enrolment fees
- A one‑time enrolment fee of EUR 975 applies to pupils registered on the EBI "Full package".
Tuition fees — Massillon standard (charged as monthly amounts spread over 10 months)
- Preschool (Petite / Moyenne / Grande sections): EUR 78.40 to EUR 112 per month (amount varies by taxable income bracket).
- Primary (CP → CM2): EUR 72.10 to EUR 103 per month (amount varies by taxable income bracket).
- Secondary — Middle (6ème → 3ème): EUR 86.80 to EUR 124 per month (amount varies by taxable income bracket).
- Secondary — High (2nde → Terminale): EUR 95.20 to EUR 136 per month (amount varies by taxable income bracket).
EBI / language option and supplementary fees (monthly, charged over 10 months unless stated otherwise)
- Preschool supplementary options:
- MS / GS international (5 h/week): EUR 79 per month.
- Primary supplementary (CP → CM2):
- English — Academic (up to 3 h/week): EUR 20 per month.
- English — Advanced (5 h/week): EUR 79 per month.
- English — International (up to 9 h/week): EUR 103 per month.
- FLE (French as a Foreign Language), price shown as EUR 59 per month for 1 hour/week (FLE and native‑language options are priced per hour/week where indicated).
- Secondary supplementary:
- BFI / International option (bilingual pathway): EUR 31 per month.
- FLE and native‑language options: EUR 59 per month for 1 hour/week (additional hours priced as required).
- Maths extra‑help: EUR 59 per month for 1 hour/week.
- EBI Full Package (for non‑French speaking international pupils) — price per month (for 10 months) in addition to Massillon standard fees, plus the one‑time enrolment fee of EUR 975:
- Preschool Full Package: EUR 190 per month + EUR 975 enrolment fee.
- Primary Full Package: EUR 380 per month + EUR 975 enrolment fee.
- Middle school Full Package: EUR 470 per month + EUR 975 enrolment fee.
- High school Full Package: EUR 560 per month + EUR 975 enrolment fee.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing is issued by trimester (1st term: September → December; 2nd term: January → March; 3rd term: April → June).
- Tuition amounts are shown as monthly instalments calculated over 10 months.
- Accepted payment methods: monthly automatic bank direct debit (charged on the 5th of each month), credit card payments via École Directe, cheque payable to OGEC Massillon, bank transfer, or cash.
- In case of late payment, penalties apply in accordance with Article L441‑6 of the French Commercial Code: interest calculated at three times the legal interest rate in force and a flat recovery fee of EUR 40.
- School liability / extracurricular insurance is included in the cost of schooling; families who provide equivalent private coverage by the stated deadline will receive a credit.
School meals, before/after‑school care and routine charges
- Meal credits (pay‑as‑you‑go): EUR 7.15 (younger pupils) or EUR 7.65 (older pupils) per meal (two price columns shown for the relevant age groups). Half‑board (4 days per week) is charged as a monthly flat rate (calculated over 10 months): EUR 92.08 for Maternelle & Primary and EUR 89.74 for Middle & High School; the half‑board amount for June is adjusted to the end‑of‑term date. Absences at the canteen are refunded only for periods longer than one week and only on presentation of supporting documentation (medical certificate, exchange program, etc.).
- Before/after school care fixed fees:
- Morning (07:30–08:00): EUR 2.20 per session.
- Evening (17:00–18:15): EUR 4.50 per session.
- Supervised study in Middle & High School (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 17:00–18:00): EUR 1.80 per day.
- The first invoice will include class workbooks and certain school supplies; additional occasional charges may be billed for optional activities, outings, class photos, specific manuals, replacement cards, repairs for damage, or other optional services. An annual parental association (APEL) contribution of EUR 25 per family is charged.
Boarding
- Boarding is not provided; the school's internat (boarding) closed in 2004. All pupils are day pupils or half‑boarders.
Refunds, cancellations and related rules
- Half‑board (canteen) fees may be refunded only for absences longer than one week and require supporting documentation (medical certificate, approved exchange, etc.).
- School insurance is included in fees; families who supply equivalent private insurance by the stated deadline will receive a credit.
- Enrollment in optional activities is a financial commitment for the school year; cancellation during the year is permitted only for serious reasons and may not be refundable except under the conditions specified by the school.
