Other costs and routine charges
- School books: provided on loan free of charge.
- Canteen / daily meals: meals are charged to students; the school and hostels operate cash-free and accept standard payment cards and MobilePay / contactless e-payments for purchases.
- One-off boarding application / registration: the IB boarding application form lists accommodation prices per period (see boarding figures above) rather than a separate non‑refundable application fee.
- No mandatory uniform fee or uniform requirement is published for IB students. (No public uniform charge is listed on IB / new-student information.)
Refund information
- No public, itemised refund policy for tuition or boarding fees is published on the publicly available IB and hostel pages; detailed hostel rules and the full framework are provided through the school's internal hostel rules link. Specific refund or cancellation terms for boarding or other fees are handled under the hostel rules and the IB boarding application procedures.
Fee payment options and administrative billing details
- Everyday purchases (canteen, snacks, extra items at the hostel): payment with bank/credit cards, contactless payments, and MobilePay are accepted (cash-free operations).
- Invoicing / official billing: the school publishes its CVR and EAN details for institutional billing and formal invoices. Contact and office hours are listed for the main headquarters. Use the school's published contact information for invoice submission or questions about invoicing.
Notes on items not publicly specified
- Public pages do not publish a separate IB examination fee schedule or a public, itemised refund/cancellation policy for tuition or boarding beyond the hostel rules link and the IB boarding application form. The school's internal hostel rules and the IB application/boarding paperwork govern detailed terms for cancellations, refunds and any exam‑related charges.
