IAS emphasizes wellbeing with mindfulness programs and a focus on mental health. Physical Education is offered from kindergarten through 10th grade, with swimming lessons and access to sport facilities and teams. IAS runs sports teams that compete with other international schools in Warsaw and across Poland.

English is the main language of instruction. Polish as a Second Language is offered, and French and German are taught, with French or German choice from Grade 8; Grade 6-7 are mandatory if not on the ESL program. Spanish is offered within the curriculum. English as an Additional Language (EAL) support is available for non-native speakers.

Polish language instruction is provided and required by the Polish Ministry of National Education, including Polish Language A: Literature and Polish for Foreigners; German and Spanish Language B are offered.

IBO — IAS is an authorized IB World School and offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP) at the high school level. Cognia — The American High School Diploma is offered across all levels from preKG through Grade 12 and is Cognia-accredited. Polish Ministry of Education (MEN) — IAS is accredited by MEN; this enables IAS to conduct state exams in the 3rd and 6th grades via the Regional Examination Commission, and Polish students may take and pass the Polish Matura.

Admissions for 2026/2027 are open. The school offers Preschool through Grade 12 with three diploma pathways: International Diploma, American Diploma, and Polish Diploma. Age range is 4 to 18. The High School offers International Baccalaureate Diploma or American High School Diploma. The school teaches in English with Polish, French and Spanish also offered. 1. The Włochy Campus houses Preschool, Primary and Secondary School and accepts pupils from Nursery (2.5 years) to Year 9 (13–14). 2. Age/grade ranges are: Preschool for Nursery - Year 1 (2.5 to 5 years); Primary for Years 2–6 (6 to 11 years); Lower Secondary for Years 7–9 (11 to 14 years). 3. The campus is located at ul. Gładka 31, Warszawa 02-172 and features CCTV cameras, security staff, outdoor sports pitches, an indoor sports hall and access to a local sports complex. 2. Admissions placement is conducted throughout the year. 2. Applications for the academic year 2026-2027 are for Nursery (2.5 years) through Cambridge A/AS Levels and IB DP (18 years). 2. Discount Policy: 2% discount for every year a student remains at IAS; 5% discount for the second child; 10% discount for the third child; 15% discount for the fourth child. If the tuition is paid in full by August 15, there is a 6% discount. Discounts do not add together; families may choose one eligible discount option.

Waiting List Policy - Places for 2026/2027 are limited. IAS invites families to apply early and most classes are full for the new academic year. The waiting list is activated once the enrollment fee is paid; the school operates on merit and the enrollment fee is reimbursed if IAS is not able to provide a place within two months.
