Fee details
|
Fee details Application fees - Application and testing fee: PHP 2,500. This is a non‑refundable, non‑transferable fee and is due upon submission of the application. The application/testing fee is collected at the Cashier's office and must be paid in cash as stated in the admissions procedure. Tuition fees (by year group / per term) - The school does not publish detailed tuition and per‑term fee schedules in its publicly available admissions or school pages. No official per‑year or per‑term tuition figures are listed in the school's public materials; third‑party school directories also list Fountain International School's yearly fees as not publicly provided. Because specific tuition numbers by year group and by term are not published, exact tuition amounts cannot be stated here. Billing schedule and payment terms - A non‑refundable reservation/confirmation fee of PHP 50,000 is required upon official enrollment. This reservation fee secures the pupil's slot. The school's admissions procedure explains when this fee is paid but does not publish a full term/annual billing calendar or detailed installment schedule in its public materials. A refundable slot reservation fee may be accepted for waitlisted applicants (the waitlist fee is explicitly described as refundable while the enrollment reservation fee is described as non‑refundable). Boarding fees (if applicable) - No boarding program or boarding fees are described in the school's public information about its campuses, facilities, or admissions. There is no published boarding provision for the Manila campuses in the available school pages, so no boarding fees are listed. Per‑term fees - The school's public fee listings provide annual tuition totals by grade but do not publish a per‑term or per‑semester breakdown for each grade. Therefore per‑term amounts are not itemized in publicly available fee documents. (Parents should note the annual amounts above are the published figures; no per‑term schedule is publicly itemized.) Both the presence of the bus‑service field on the application and the third‑party statement are recorded in public sources. Refund information - No publicly posted tuition refund policy, tuition proration table, or statements on refunds for withdrawal/early departure are published on the school's tuition or admissions pages. Fee payment options - The school's public tuition and admissions pages do not publish the accepted payment methods (for example: credit card, bank transfer, online portal). No detailed payment‑method information is publicly itemized on the tuition page. Discounts and concessions - Families with more than one child enrolled are eligible for a 10% sibling discount (published). Notes and cautions - The annual tuition amounts above are taken from publicly available fee listings compiled for the 2025/2026 academic year; published summaries indicate these figures can change and are illustrative. No separate, itemized fee schedule (application/registration, per‑term breakdown, installment due dates, uniform/book charges, refund terms or accepted payment methods) is published on the publicly accessible tuition/admissions pages used to compile the figures above. |

Applicants who pass the tests but must wait due to slot limitations are placed on the official waitlist and may pay a refundable slot reservation fee to remain on the list for up to one academic year; slots will be allocated as they become available, and parents are notified of status updates. Applicants who do not meet admission requirements may be denied, with an option to appeal once and submit additional documents for reconsideration. Step 5 — Enrollment requirements. Upon formal enrollment, submit the Grade School Transcript of Records (Form 137) and the Grade School Diploma (certified true copy). Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of Php 50,000. Forms related to high school admissions can be downloaded from the site. The school's 2025–2026 admissions cycle is currently open for inquiry and enrollment. | Admissions 1. Complete the Student Application Form. Begin by filling out the Student Application Form in full and submitting it to the admissions team. Providing accurate contact details helps the school reach you with next-step instructions and scheduling information. After submission, the school will proceed with the next stage of the process and communicate what you should expect next, including any required documents or confirmations. 2. Schedule Entrance Assessment and Interview. Following the application submission, the school will arrange an Entrance Assessment and Interview for the applicant. This step gives the school a chance to assess readiness and fit for GLIS's Cambridge International education pathway. Details such as the assessment date and interview time will be provided by the admissions team. 3. Release of Application Results. After the Entrance Assessment and Interview, the admissions results are released. The result will indicate whether the applicant has been offered admission and outline any additional enrollment steps to complete. If an offer is made, your next communications will cover the enrollment timeline and required actions. 4. Submit all Enrollment Requirements. Enrollment requires submitting the Enrollment Requirements: Copy of Certificate of Birth, Original School Report Card, and a Completed Student Health Form. A student is not considered enrolled until all requirements are submitted, the tuition scheme is selected, and the necessary fees are paid. Ensure these documents are valid and legible to avoid delays in processing. 5. Payment of School Tuition and Fees. After enrollment is confirmed, payment of the school tuition and fees must be completed according to the chosen tuition scheme. The school notes that a sibling discount exists for families with more than one child enrolled. Visa, banking, or payment method requirements will be communicated as part of the enrollment instructions. The 10% sibling discount applies to eligible families and is published as part of the tuition terms. (See: 10% sibling discount.) |
