Stage 3 involves a placement test (reading, language, and mathematics for students aged 6 and above) and an interview conducted by the Director of Instruction. Stage 4 outcomes are: acceptance if a spot is available; waiting list if no spots are available in the appropriate class; or non-acceptance if the Admissions Committee determines that the school may not be the best fit for the student. After acceptance, sign an enrolment agreement and pay tuition to complete enrolment. The school year runs from late August to June, and admission is year-round, including mid-year when applicable.
