Admissions

Admissions

Admission is open year-round to students ages 2 to 18 who learn in English-language classrooms and adhere to the Student Code of Conduct. Grade level placement is determined by three criteria: the student's age as of October 31; entrance exam evaluation; and the student's prior academic history or grades. The application process has four stages: Stage 1: Inquiry & School Tour; Stage 2: Online Application & Fee; Stage 3: Review Process: Placement Test & Interview; Stage 4: Admissions Decision & Complete Enrolment. For Stage 2, upload documents include a copy of the student's passport and parents' passports or birth certificate, school records, immunization records, and a passport-size photo; pay the registration fee. Stage 3 involves a placement test (reading, language, and mathematics for students aged 6 and above) and an interview conducted by the Director of Instruction. Stage 4 outcomes are: acceptance if a spot is available; waiting list if no spots are available in the appropriate class; or non-acceptance if the Admissions Committee determines that the school may not be the best fit for the student. After acceptance, sign an enrolment agreement and pay tuition to complete enrolment. The school year runs from late August to June, and admission is year-round, including mid-year when applicable.
