Admissions

1. INQUIRE. Families learn about Southpointe by registering for daily group tours and by attending Open Houses in October, November and April to speak with the Admissions Team. A Buddy Programme helps welcome new families and prior to starting, new students are invited to tour the campus and meet teachers. 2. APPLY. Applications are accepted at all grades, with Kindergarten as the main entry and limited intakes for Grades 1, 2, 4 and 6. The application deadline for Kindergarten to Grade 12 and for the Bill Ross South Delta Scholarship (Grade 10 or 11 entrance) is Friday, December 5, 2025. When applying online, applicants provide documents such as a recent photograph, birth certificate or passport, proof of residency, proof of citizenship or permanent residence, school report cards, any IEPs or other pertinent information, and other requested materials. The domestic application fee is $435 and the international application fee is $870. Re-applications require a $200 re-application fee. 3. STUDENT ASSESSMENT & FAMILY INTERVIEW. After reviewing the application, the student is invited to an assessment prior to a family interview. Prospectived Student Assessments occur in January, and Kindergarten to Grade 10 applicants complete teacher-prepared assessments. 4. RESPONSE. Offers are primarily confirmed between January and April each year. Enrolment decisions are based on a holistic assessment aligned with the school's Mission, Vision and Values. If an offer is accepted, signed documents and tuition/fees must be returned by the deadline stated in the offer letter.

Scholarships

Southpointe offers two scholarship pathways for local students entering Grade 10 or Grade 11. The South Delta Scholarship provides a 2-year or 3-year term (depending on entry year) and covers the student's costs for Grades 10–12 based on the entry year, with access to IB Diploma Programme study, co-curricular activities, leadership opportunities, and university counselling. More information about eligibility, financial support, and the scholarship process is available, and applications for the Bill Ross South Delta Regional Scholarship are being accepted. Named Scholarship – Bill Ross South Delta Regional Scholarship is awarded to an incoming local student entering Grade 10 or 11 who demonstrates excellence in academics, character and citizenship and who resides in South Delta. Eligibility requires academic achievement, leadership or service attributes, a commitment to remain at Southpointe for Grades 10–12, and Canadian citizenship, with parental support. What is Covered includes Application Fee; Tuition Fees for Grades 10–12 (depending on entry grade); Dining Program Fees; New Family Fee; Southpointe Education Investment Deposit; Grade-level Camps Trips. What is Not Covered includes international trips, instrument rentals, certain equipment, uniforms and Grad Ball. Selection is based on financial need and academic qualification, with a committee holding discretion. The Scholarship Admissions Process follows the same 3-step flow as general admissions: 1) INQUIRE, 2) APPLY, 3) STUDENT INTERVIEW. Admissions

1. Apply. Complete and submit the online application form. A $300 one-time, non-refundable application fee is required and paid online with a credit card. Once you have access to the online applicant checklist, book the parent interview. Upload all required supplementary materials, including birth certificate, recent report cards, confidential reference form, and for Grades 6–11 the SSAT and the Character Skills Snapshot. 2. Assessment. The school uses multiple methods to assess students. For Kindergarten and Grade 1, follow the assessment instructions and, if shortlisted, attend an in-person assessment with teachers. For Grades 2–5, assessments are scheduled as space becomes available. For Grades 6–11, the evaluation includes SSAT results, the student statement, a group assessment, and an individual teacher interview. 3. Enrollment. Successful candidates receive a letter of acceptance and a registration package, or are placed in a wait pool. New Student Registration fees must be paid upon acceptance to hold space, and registration must be completed by the deadline determined by the School. All relevant documents and payments are collected at the Welcome Meeting. The application deadline for the 2026-27 School Year has now passed; late applications may be considered only if space becomes available.

Scholarships

Stratford Hall offers financial assistance (tuition support) based on demonstrated financial need. Applications are processed through Apple Financial Services, with a $130 application fee and required supporting documents. Applications begin in October and the online deadline is November 30. Financial assistance decisions are separate from admission decisions; all candidates for admission must apply and be accepted before assistance can be offered, and finalization occurs after enrollment is accepted.
