- Grades 9–12 (Senior School): Tuition CAD 37,750.00 per year. A tuition deposit of CAD 5,000.00 (non‑refundable) is required at acceptance. Infrastructure Fee (one‑time, non‑refundable) varies by entry grade: Grade 9 CAD 8,500.00; Grade 10 CAD 6,000.00; Grade 11 CAD 4,000.00; Grade 12 CAD 4,000.00.
Tuition deposit and infrastructure fee (acceptance requirements)
- A combined tuition deposit and infrastructure fee must be paid with the completed Tuition Payment Plan Authorization to secure the student's place. The CAD 5,000.00 tuition deposit is applied against the annual tuition; the infrastructure fee is a one‑time, non‑refundable charge due on acceptance. Installment plans and electronic bank debit authorization are set up at the time this paperwork is completed.
Payment plans, billing schedule and instalment amounts (examples and options)
- The school offers four payment options for the tuition balance after deposit and infrastructure fee:
- Plan A — Full payment (single balance payment; an early‑payment discount applies when payment is received by the school's published deadline).
- Plan B — Three‑payment instalment schedule (three set dates).
- Plan C — Nine monthly instalments (scheduled monthly electronic bank debits).
- Plan D — Twelve monthly instalments (scheduled monthly electronic bank debits).
These plans include a small administrative fee in Plans B, C and D; deposits and infrastructure fees are non‑refundable. Electronic bank debit is the specified collection method for tuition deposits and instalments.
- Representative instalment amounts and dates (actual amounts differ by grade because of the differing tuition; these are the school's published figures for JK/SK and Grades 1–8 under the 2026–27 schedules):
- JK–SK (tuition CAD 33,995.00):
- Plan A (Full payment): Balance due after acceptance CAD 28,545.00 due May 1, 2026 (early‑payment discount included when eligible).

- Plan D (12 monthly): April 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027 — CAD 2,673.00 per month.
- Senior School (Grades 9–12) uses the same four payment plan structure (full payment, 3‑payment instalment, 9‑month instalments, 12‑month instalments) with pre‑authorized electronic bank debit and an administrative fee included in multi‑payment plans; families should expect the tuition balance schedule and instalment dates to follow the same timing pattern used for the Junior School schedules. Example instalment formats and timing are illustrated in the school's published Senior School fee schedule.
What tuition covers and what is charged extra
- Junior School tuition typically includes the loan of textbooks, most cultural, sporting and field‑trip activity fees, supplies, and the use and maintenance of computers and musical instruments. Uniform items, the Junior School hot‑lunch program, and Grades 6–8 end‑of‑year trips are not included in Junior School tuition and are billed separately when applicable. Senior School tuition similarly covers textbooks, many activity fees and standard program costs but may exclude optional or external programs and specific trip costs.
- Uniforms are charged separately and are not included in the stated tuition; the school runs periodic used uniform sales and uniform details are provided in the Family Handbook and school communications. Additional charges can include certain external clubs, optional programs, specialized trips, and optional summer or short‑term program fees.
Boarding
- The school operates as day campuses (Junior School and Senior School locations); there is no boarding program or boarding fees.
Refunds and non‑refundable items
- The CAD 5,000.00 tuition deposit is non‑refundable and is applied to the tuition balance for the year of enrolment. Infrastructure fees are one‑time and non‑refundable. Installment plans include administrative fees that are included in instalment amounts and are not returned once instalments have been processed. Specific refund cases (for example, withdrawal timelines or exceptional circumstances) are handled under the school's enrolment terms and the Tuition Payment Plan Authorization — the deposit and infrastructure fee remain non‑refundable.
Fee payment methods and how charges are collected
- Tuition deposits, infrastructure fees and instalment payments are set up to be collected by pre‑authorized electronic bank debit (electronic bank debit / PAD) as part of the Tuition Payment Plan Authorization. Multi‑payment plans include an administrative fee built into instalment amounts.
- The admissions/enrolment portal confirms the application fee requirement and is used to submit applications and associated payments. Other school payments such as donations and some student‑billing items may be processed through the school's giving/payment gateway and can accept credit‑card payments for donations and specific fee items; however, formal tuition payment plans are processed by pre‑authorized bank debit.
Other practical notes on costs and billing
- The tuition deposit is subtracted from the total tuition due for the year; the infrastructure fee is charged once at acceptance and is not refundable. Multi‑payment instalment plans include administrative fees which are already incorporated into the instalment amounts shown on the school's schedules. Billing dates (for example April 1, May 1, September 1 and December 1) are used for the instalment schedules and for the early‑payment discount deadline where applicable. Examples of instalment amounts and exact billing dates are published in the school's Schedule of Fees and Payments documents.
Contacts for billing and admissions
