Application / Registration fees
- Registration is charged on an annual basis with tiered rates for 2026–2027: Early-bird (prior to March 1) USD/CAD 150; Regular (March) USD/CAD 250; Late (April 1 or later) USD/CAD 500; Out‑of‑district registration USD/CAD 250. Registration fees are non‑refundable.
Tuition — annual and per-term structure
- Standard tuition for one student for the 2026–2027 school year is USD/CAD 6,000 per year.
- Sibling and multi‑student adjustments:
- Two students at PAA: each qualifying student receives a 5% tuition reduction.
- Third student (between College Heights Christian School and PAA): 50% tuition reduction for the third student.
- Fourth and additional students (between CHCS and PAA): no tuition charged for 4th+ students.
- Billing by term: registration deadlines establish which registration rate applies; full payment for the chosen registration period must be received within that time window to qualify for that rate. Specific per‑term splits (example: per semester or monthly installment amounts) are handled through the school's billing options and account portal; registration timing determines applicable rates.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration deadlines and rates: Early‑bird (prior to March 1), Regular (March), Late (April 1 or later); registration and full payment must be received within the same period to qualify for that rate.
- Invoice and account access: family accounts and fee invoices are available through the school portal (PowerSchool / SchoolEngage) where school fees and tuition are posted and can be paid. Questions about billing or tuition accounts are managed by the Business Manager.
Boarding (residence) fees
- Parkview operates as a Grade 10–12 academy with an on‑campus boarding program; boarding is provided through the campus residence structures. Boarding fees are not published on the general tuition page; boarding charges and residence arrangements are administered separately (residence/Maple Hall) and applied in addition to tuition. Families seeking boarding cost details are managed directly by school/residence administrators.
Other costs and mandatory fees
- Mandatory and incidental costs: a Mandatory Fee covers options classes; additional charges are applied for bussing, field trips, certain athletic team fees, extracurricular clubs, and some off‑campus activities. Students must supply personal school items (binders, paper, pens, graphing calculator, Chromebook/laptop, locker lock, day planner, Bible, PE clothing). PE uniforms are provided by the school in September. Parents should budget separately for supplies, special course materials (e.g., camping gear for Outdoor Education, aprons for Foods), and activity‑specific fees.
- Scholarships and reductions that affect net cost: a $1,000 Entrance Scholarship is applied for new Grade 10 students; academic scholarships are available based on prior‑year averages (tiered amounts applied to student accounts). These awards reduce the net tuition charge.
Refund information
- Registration fees are explicitly non‑refundable. Other refund policies for tuition or incidental fees are administered by the school business office and handled on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with school billing and administrative procedures. Direct account or refund inquiries are processed through the Business Manager.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: online credit/debit payments via the school's StudentQuickPay / Donate portal, electronic funds transfer (e‑transfer) to etransfer@paa.ca, and cash or cheque dropped off or mailed to the school address. Use the student name and fee purpose when making payments.
