Application & enrolment fees
- Application fee: BHD 30 (non‑refundable).
- Admission fee (one‑off at point of admission): KG 1–2 = BHD 25; Grade 1–5 = BHD 40; Grade 6–9 = BHD 50; Grade 10–12 = BHD 60.
- Registration fee (one‑time, payable on enrolment): KG 1–2 = BHD 120; Grade 1–5 = BHD 170; Grade 6–9 = BHD 170; Grade 10–12 = BHD 170.
Tuition fees by year group (2026/2027 academic year) — annual and per term
All amounts are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Tuition is collected in three instalments per academic year; per‑term figures below are the annual fee divided into three equal instalments.
- KG 1–2: Annual tuition BHD 771.75 — Per term (3 instalments) BHD 257.250.
- Grade 1–5: Annual tuition BHD 992.50 — Per term (3 instalments) BHD 330.833.
- Grade 6–9: Annual tuition BHD 1,212.75 — Per term (3 instalments) BHD 404.250.
- Grade 10: Annual tuition BHD 1,433.25 — Per term (3 instalments) BHD 477.750.
- Grade 11–12: Annual tuition BHD 1,543.50 — Per term (3 instalments) BHD 514.500.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Instalment dates each academic year: First instalment due 30 September; Second instalment due 15 December; Third instalment due 15 March. Tuition may be collected in three instalments as above.
- Annual tuition increase policy: tuition will increase by 5% annually, with a maximum cumulative increase of 20% over four years.
- Consequences of non‑payment: unpaid fees may result in restrictions on student participation in activities and other administrative actions. A one full term's written notice is required when withdrawing; failure to provide this notice may result in liability for that term's full fee.
Boarding fees
- The school does not operate boarding facilities; no boarding fees apply.
Other costs and recurring charges
- Annual extracurricular / sports / digital equipment fee: BHD 85 (annual).
- Book fees: Book fees apply for Grade 1–5 (specific amounts for book fees are separate).
- Uniform: uniform purchase is with listed suppliers (House of Uniforms and Georgia Uniforms); uniform costs are payable separately.
- Other incidental charges: the school may apply additional charges for specific activities or resources as part of the annual fees or as separate payable items.
Refund information and conditions
- Non‑refundable fees: Application fee, Admission fee, Registration fee, and Annual activity fee are non‑refundable.
- Tuition refund before the academic year: a full refund of tuition fees (excluding deposits) is available if written notice is received by June 30 or August 15. A 50% refund of the first instalment applies if withdrawal occurs before September 1.
- Tuition refund after the academic year commences: refund is calculated as Total Charges – (Monthly Charge × Months Charged), with a sliding scale of months charged depending on days attended (1–14 days = 1 month; 15–30 days = 2 months; 31–45 days = 3 months; more than 45 days = 4 months). Example calculation methodology is provided for prorating.
Fee payment options
- Payment methods accepted: BenefitPay using the school's QR code or cash payment at the school accountant's office. Credit‑card, bank transfer, or other electronic payment methods are not listed as accepted payment options.
