Fees
School and campus
- UK Academy – Ha Long Campus (Phan Đăng Lưu, Hồng Hải, Hạ Long, Quảng Ninh).

Overview of availability of published fees (2026/27)
- The Ha Long campus does not have a publicly posted, campus-specific 2026/27 fee schedule available in its admissions or policies pages; current promotional material references 2025–2026 admissions and promotional discounts.

Application / enrolment reservation fees
- Application fee (Ha Long campus): Not published. No Ha Long–specific application or seat-holding fee amount is available in the Ha Long campus pages or general policy pages.
- Note about the UKA group: some UKA campuses publish a separate seat‑holding / reservation fee and similar one‑time admission charges in their campus fee documents; those items are handled at campus level. (Example: other UKA campus fee pages include a downloadable ‘‘biểu phí'' file listing one‑time fees.)

Tuition fees by school year (per term / per year)
- Precise tuition amounts for each year group at UK Academy – Ha Long (per term or per year) for 2026/27 are not published on the Ha Long campus pages or the central policy pages.
- Publicly visible third‑party listings and local school directories indicate typical monthly tuition ranges at the Ha Long campus level for primary years in the region of VND 2,625,000 – VND 5,000,000 per month; this is a third‑party market listing and should be treated as an indicative range rather than an official Ha Long campus schedule.
- Other UKA campuses publish detailed annual and per‑semester fee tables (grade‑by‑grade) and offer early‑payment discounts and multiple payment schedules; that is the standard format used within the UKA network when campus fee schedules are issued. Examples of that format are available from other UKA campus fee documents.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Ha Long campus billing schedule and formal payment terms (annual vs. semester billing, payment deadlines, late payment penalties) are not published for 2026/27 on Ha Long or central policy pages.
- Format used by other UKA campuses (when published) typically includes options to pay annually or by semester and may include early‑payment discounts and specified windows for discounted payment; these campus schedules set the exact discount percentages and deadlines.

Boarding / internal residence fees
- Boarding availability: the UKA network lists boarding as a service at some campuses, but no Ha Long–specific boarding fee or a formal boarding price schedule for 2026/27 is published on Ha Long campus pages. If boarding is offered at Ha Long it is not accompanied by a public fee schedule for 2026/27.

Other costs and recurring fees (uniforms, transport, meals, textbooks, extracurriculars, insurance, technology)
- Ha Long campus: specific amounts for uniform, school bus / transport, meal plans, textbooks, extracurricular programme fees, or compulsory insurance are not published for 2026/27 on the Ha Long campus pages or central policy pages.
- Network practice: other UKA campus fee schedules itemize transport fees, boarding fees, and ancillary charges (uniform, books, activity fees) in separate line items. Those campus schedules are the usual place to find exact amounts and optional service prices.

Refunds and withdrawal / fee‑credit rules
- No Ha Long–specific refund or withdrawal fee policy for the 2026/27 year is published in the Ha Long campus pages or in the central policy page accessible from the school site. No formal public refund schedule (amounts or timelines) could be found for Ha Long.
- Other UKA campus fee documents typically include conditions for refund or credit (for example, treatment of the seat‑holding fee, timing windows for partial refunds, or forfeiture rules), but these are set at the campus fee schedule or admissions contract level.

Accepted payment methods and instructions
- Ha Long campus: there is no published list of accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, QR payment, cash, local online payment) or bank account details on the Ha Long campus or central policy pages for 2026/27.
- Network practice: campus fee documents from other UKA locations provide payment instructions and may list bank transfer details and deadlines; exact available methods vary by campus.

Summary — key factual points for a parent
- No campus‑specific, itemised Ha Long fee schedule for the 2026/27 academic year is published in the Ha Long campus pages or central policies; therefore the following items are not available as campus‑specific figures: application fee amount, grade‑by‑grade tuition per term, billing schedule and deadlines, boarding fees, uniform and transport fee amounts, refund tables, and explicit payment‑method lists.
- Public promotional material associated with Ha Long recruitment for 2025–2026 indicates promotional fee reductions (for example, marketing references to discounts up to VND 40,000,000 for 2025–2026 admissions). Use of that promotion indicates the school runs admission‑period discounts, but the exact structure and availability for 2026/27 are not published.
- Third‑party directory listings show an indicative monthly tuition range for Ha Long primary levels of approximately VND 2,625,000 – VND 5,000,000 per month; this is an external listing and does not replace a campus fee schedule or contract.
- Other UKA campuses publish detailed downloadable ‘‘biểu phí'' (annual campus fee documents) that contain the full grade‑by‑grade fees, boarding fees, transport fees and payment schedules; this demonstrates the format in which Ha Long would present fees when a campus‑specific schedule is released.

Data availability and limits (brief)
- The Ha Long campus does not currently publish a detailed 2026/27 fee schedule on its public pages or in the central policy area; multiple campus pages within the UKA network do publish full fee documents by campus when those are released. Because the Ha Long campus schedule for 2026/27 is not publicly posted, specific numeric items requested (application fee amount, tuition per term by year group, boarding fees, uniform costs, refund table, and accepted payment methods) cannot be provided as confirmed Ha Long figures for 2026/27.
