Discounts

- Corporate discounts: for company-paid fees, multi-child discounts of 5%–10% apply depending on number of children.
- Long-term discount: children attending three consecutive years are eligible for a 5% discount in the fourth and subsequent years. (All discounts combined will not exceed 50% of tuition.)
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options: Option 1 — Annual lump-sum payment of tuition prior to attendance; Option 2 — Quarterly instalments (four payments) prior to each quarter. A 5% finance charge is applied to the tuition if the quarterly instalment option is chosen.
- Payment due dates and methods are shown on the debit note; parents must confirm their payment option before the academic year and a change after the debit note is issued incurs a VND 240,000 administrative change fee.
- Late-payment penalties and consequences: 0.5% interest per working day for payments 3+ days beyond the debit note due date (capped at 10%); services may be suspended if payment is 20+ days overdue and the security deposit may be used to clear unpaid debit notes; forced withdrawal procedures commence at 60+ days overdue. All bank charges are the responsibility of parents.
- All payments must be made via bank transfer. Parents licensed to pay in USD should contact Admissions for guidance in compliance with local foreign-exchange regulations.
Refund information and withdrawal rules
- Refunds of tuition apply only to Option 1 (annual, full-payment) per the school's refund schedule and subject to the school's notice requirements. Parents must provide 30 days' written notice prior to the student's last day in order to claim the security deposit refund; failure to provide 30 days' notice will forfeit the security deposit.
- Refund schedule for refundable tuition (annual, full-payment basis): withdrawal on or before the end of 1st quarter — 65% of annual refundable tuition; on or before end of 2nd quarter — 40% of annual refundable tuition; on or before end of 3rd quarter — 15% of annual refundable tuition; withdrawal after end of 3rd quarter — no refund. Annual refundable tuition is calculated differently for first-year withdrawals (Total tuition less VND 84,000,000 non-refundable) and for withdrawals from the second year (Total tuition less VND 48,000,000 non-refundable). Refund of the security deposit can be claimed within 30 days from the date of withdrawal.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: Not applicable. The school's published fee schedules and student services do not include boarding provision or boarding fees.
