Admissions

1. Application and Registration of New Students. The announcement for the date of applications is made through administrative letters. The age limit is 4 years old for KG 1 and 5 years old for KG 2 at the opening of the school year. The procedure is: the School Registrar provides an Application Form, the Registration Form is filled at the Admissions Office, and all documents are presented for verification. 2. Basic documents required. The required documents include: the original Emirates ID of the student; a valid copy of the student's passport, visa, and Emirates ID (front and back); a copy of the student's birth certificate; five passport-sized photographs; copies of medical records (immunization/vaccination); valid copies of the father's and mother's passports, visas, and Emirates IDs (front and back). 3. Documents from previous school. The originals needed are: Report Card/SF9; Form-137/SF10; Good Moral Character Certificate; an original Transfer Certificate; Original Apostille/Authenticated Form-137/SF10, Report Card/SF9 & Diploma (these must go through the Department of Education, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy in the Philippines); and scholastic records authenticated by the MOE of the respective country and by the UAE Embassy. 4.
