Billing schedule and payment terms

Refund and withdrawal information
- Registration fee: non‑refundable. Book fees: non‑refundable. For withdrawals during the academic year, the fee deduction schedule follows the Ministry framework: if the student attended two weeks or less a month's fees are deducted; if attendance is between two weeks and one month two months' fees are deducted; if attendance is more than one month three months' fees are deducted; if attendance is more than three months one full term fee is deducted. The same refund rules apply to transportation fees. One month's fee is calculated by dividing the annual school fee by 10. Written notification of withdrawal is required to determine the effective date.
