The process is aligned with ADEK policies and CBSE guidelines. 2) Shortlisting of the child: Shortlisting is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to seat availability. The documents include color copies of the child's passport, Emirates ID, birth certificate (with attestation/translation if required), the last school report (KG1 excepted), vaccination record, insurance card, six passport-size photos, and the Transfer Certificate and Marksheet to be submitted after the current academic year. For KG1 the Transfer Certificate is not required if joining at the beginning of the academic year, and if birth certificates issued outside the UAE are not in English they must be translated and attested as described.
