The first instalment must be paid at the start as a cash payment; the remaining instalments are collected by post‑dated checks (PDCs).

- The Parent–School contract specifies the instalment months for the session: instalment timing is defined by grade group within the contract; instalment schedules are provided in the school contract for the relevant academic session.

- The school's stated consequences for failure to pay on schedule include suspension of access to school services, suspension of transport, suspension from routine classes, and potential withdrawal of any scholarship or discount.

- Charges for trips, extracurricular activities, and any optional or ad‑hoc items are billed as and when required.

Refund information

- External examination fees are refundable only if payment to the external body has not yet been made.
- Payments for uniforms, books, notebooks, and transport are non‑refundable (these are treated as paid to outsourced vendors).
- Refunds for tuition fees paid in advance follow a sliding scale based on the student's attendance before withdrawal:
- Attendance of two weeks or less: one month's fee is payable (i.e., refund reduced by one month's fee).
- Attendance of more than two weeks up to one month: two months' fees are payable.
- Attendance of more than one month: three months' fees are payable.
- Students withdrawn for disciplinary breaches or poor academic performance forfeit any advanced fee payments (no refund).

Fee payment options and instructions

- The school specifically requires: the first term instalment as a cash payment; the second and third instalments are accepted via post‑dated checks (PDCs). Submission of PDCs is part of the standard payment procedure if the full-year payment is not made upfront. Parents are instructed to ensure fees are paid by the prescribed dates to avoid penalties and service suspensions.

Notes and important points for parents

- All amounts above are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
- The school states that fees have been approved by the competent government authority for the academic session and are applied for the session in full regardless of the number of months in that session.
