Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are shown broken down across three terms (Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3); tuition and transport can therefore be paid on a termly basis consistent with the three‑term billing shown.
- To accept an offer, parents must return required documentation and make payment as specified in the offer letter; failure to clear fees can lead to follow up and potential cancellation for prolonged non‑payment (administrative action is described for fee non‑payment/defaulting).

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed. The school operates day education with an organised transport service and runs occasional residential visits/residential programmes (residential trips), not permanent boarding accommodation. No boarding fee is published.

Other recurring or occasional costs
- School trips, extracurricular activities, exam fees (when applicable), and medical/insurance requirements may incur separate charges not itemised in the published term/year fee schedule. The school's admissions and transport policies note that some services (for example bus service) are subject to availability and may have separate application requirements. Specific amounts for extracurriculars and exams are not published in the fee schedule.

Refund information and withdrawal rules
- Admission cancellation and refund: Cancellation of admission must be confirmed in writing before the first day. Pre‑registration fees are refundable only in limited circumstances (for example where the school rejects the admission or where the parent does not inform the school following pre‑registration); pre‑registration fees are not refundable where a parent withdraws for personal reasons.
- Transfer and mid‑year withdrawal: A fee of AED 125 is charged to generate a Transfer Certificate. Eligibility for tuition‑fee refunds for mid‑year withdrawals is determined according to the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) Tuition Fee Refund Policy; the admissions policy refers parents to MoE refund rules for mid‑year cases.

Fee payment options
- The school's admissions guidance states that payment is required as specified in the offer letter. No detailed public list of accepted payment methods (for example credit card, bank transfer, cash) is published alongside the online fee schedule; parents are instructed to follow the payment instructions contained in the offer documentation.

If you need any of the specific amounts above presented in a different format (for example grouped by phase: Early Years, Primary, Lower Secondary), those groupings can be provided directly from the figures listed here. The figures above reflect the published term and annual amounts for the 2026/2027 fee structure, transport options, and the named additional charges and policies.

Admissions

Admissions

1) Initial enquiry and school visit. After an initial enquiry, parents should meet with the Admissions and SLT teams and tour the school to confirm it is the right type of environment for their child. They should prepare a list of essential questions covering location, fees, class size, teacher qualifications, enrichment programmes, curriculum, and school timings. This visit helps both sides decide on enrollment and set expectations for the admissions process. 2) Online application and required documents. Applications for admissions run from August 2024 through October 2024, with admissions continuing from January 2025 as guided by MoE. Applications must be completed online through the school website. Key documents required with the application include the student's passport, Unified number (Emirate students only), student residence visa (non-Emirati), birth certificate, immunisation record, parents' passports, sponsor residence visa, UAE ID copies, family book (Emirate students), transfer certificates from the previous school, and any certificates from outside the UAE must be attested. 3) Screening and assessment. All admissions assessments are age-appropriate and are designed to explore the child's strengths, readiness, and ability to access the curriculum. Assessments can be group or individual and are conducted in a generally informal, child-centred manner to help the school learn about the new student. For Foundation Stage, there are play dates to familiarise children and parents with the classrooms, followed by a second play date and a Leaders' meeting for questions. The school offers English as an Additional Language (EAL) support if needed, coordinated by the Inclusion and Admissions teams with further testing if required. 4) Offer, documents, and acceptance. Offers are issued to successful applicants. Families have seven days to respond and must return the required documentation and make the payment as per the offer letter. A current medical record is required, and the school may make a conditional offer in certain circumstances, with the condition and any financial implications clearly stated in writing and signed by the parents. 5) Final enrollment and transfer. Once all steps are complete, the child is enrolled for the forthcoming academic year. Transfer certificates are required for students transferring from within Ajman, other emirates, or from outside the UAE, and must be attested by the MOE, MOFA, and the UAE Embassy as appropriate. The final admission decision rests with the Principal in consultation with the School Director.

Waitlist

The school maintains a waiting list based on the date of application; places are offered when they become available. Parents are periodically requested to confirm that they wish to remain on the waiting list. Priority is given in this order: 1) siblings of students already at the school, 2) siblings applying for the same academic year, 3) a child who has successfully completed the assessment.
