Admissions

Admissions

1. Check eligibility: The child must meet the minimum age for the intended class by 31 March of the current year. An online age calculator helps determine eligibility for the desired class. The eligibility chart lists: Pre-KG 3 years by 31 March; KG1 4 years by 31 March; KG2 5 years by 31 March; Grade 1 6 years by 31 March. Parents should verify eligibility before applying.
2. Online Application: Submit the online application via the APPLY NOW link. Use the latest browser for a smooth process. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. For two or more children, use the parent login from the first application; incomplete forms are rejected.
3. Complete documentation: Provide color copies of the child's passport pages, visa, Emirates ID, and birth certificate. A Transfer Certificate is required unless joining KG1 at the start of the academic year. The last school report is required (except KG1), along with the vaccination record, health insurance card, six passport photos, and a tenancy contract with a copy of the electricity bill. If the birth certificate is not in English or if the child was born in India, attestation or translation may be required according to UAE procedures.
4. After submission: You must submit a hard copy of the completed online application form to the school office. Verification of the application form and documents triggers an invitation for an entry-level assessment. The school will call your child to the campus for an entry-level assessment after verification of the application form and documents. The assessment helps determine readiness for admission.
5. Confirmation: Pay a non-refundable AED 525 application fee as part of the confirmation process. Registration confirmation depends on receipt of the required admission documents and SPEA approval. Admission is contingent on SPEA approval. Registration fees are non-refundable if admission is cancelled, there is a no-show, or the parent fails to notify the school before official fee payment dates.
6. Portions for placement test: Assessments consist of informal interactions with the child and open-ended questions to gauge thinking ability. For Pre-KG to KG2 and Grade 1, prior preparation is not required. From Grade 2 onward, basic knowledge of the relevant grade is also evaluated. The format is age-appropriate and may vary by grade.
