Transport (school bus)
- School bus (two‑way) fee: AED 4,025 per year. The transportation fee is payable with the first instalment where the bus service is taken.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are payable in three instalments:
- 1st instalment due 1 September: 33% of the tuition fee plus books and the transportation fee (if the bus is taken).
- 2nd instalment due 1 December: 33% of the tuition fee.
- 3rd instalment due 1 February: 34% of the tuition fee.
- The first instalment must be paid in full by the registration date (no later than August when registering). Employer sponsorship arrangements are accepted using the school's employer payment approval form. A fee of AED 100 is charged for each returned cheque. Payment may be made in cash, by bank cheque or by credit card.
Sibling and staff discounts
- Sibling discount applies from the second sibling; a 5% sibling discount scale is applied as indicated by the school's discount policy.
- Specific employee discounts apply to staff of UAE University, Al Ain Distribution Company, Al Ain Sports & Cultural Club and Al Ain Municipality (examples: 10% for Grades 1–6; 20% for Grades 7–12 as specified in the school's staff discount policy). Employees of the school may receive higher discounts for multiple children.
Uniforms and other costs
- A school uniform is required. Uniform items are sold through the school's approved supplier (uniform purchase is processed through the supplier's online store). The school publishes book and uniform charges as separate 'other fees' where applicable; the listed book charge for each grade above is payable with the first instalment. Uniform prices vary by item and are purchased directly from the supplier.
Refund and withdrawal (refund) policy
- Withdrawal and refund rules are applied as follows:
- Withdrawal before the start of the academic year: terms for refund apply to both new and continuing students; the registration/re‑registration fee is retained unless the school is notified of withdrawal by the specified deadline (notification deadlines apply).
- Withdrawal at or after the start of the academic year:
- If the student joined for any part of the first week (or did not join and the parent did not inform the school in writing sufficiently in advance) the school retains the registration/re‑registration fee.
- If the student attended between one and three weeks of term, the school may retain the equivalent of one month's tuition.
- If the student attended more than three weeks up to six weeks, the school may retain the equivalent of two months' tuition.
- If the student attended more than six weeks, the school may retain the full term's tuition.
- The value of one month's tuition is calculated as one‑tenth of the annual tuition. These withdrawal and refund conditions are applied consistently for both returning and new students.
Late payment and enforcement
- If parents are late in paying fees according to the instalment schedule, after three written warnings (each one week apart) the school may: withhold the student's results, temporarily suspend the student from study (for up to three days renewable as necessary), and refuse to issue a transfer certificate until outstanding amounts are settled. Returned cheques incur AED 100 per cheque.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank cheque, or credit card. Employer‑paid arrangements are accepted if the employer completes the school's employer payment approval form. Returned cheques are subject to a AED 100 fee.
Other notes about additional charges
- Book charges are shown above per grade and are payable with the first instalment.
- Extracurricular activity fees, examination fees for external exams, school trips, and optional services are charged separately when applicable. These additional charges (where they apply) are billed in accordance with the school's policies and the instalment schedule.
