Curriculum

The school provides an education that combines core elements of Turkish and Austrian schooling, giving students a broad general knowledge. Students graduate with the Austrian St. Georgs-Lyceum diploma and have the opportunity to earn the internationally recognized Matura - Austrian Maturity Exam diploma (Reifeprüfungszeugnis), valid in EU countries. The Matura credential enables university applications in Austria under the same conditions as Austrian citizens.

Higher Education Progression

The educational offering combines essential elements of Turkish and Austrian schooling and provides a broad general education. Students can obtain, in addition to the Turkish diploma, a certificate equivalent to a Matura issued in Austria. For graduates, access to universities in Turkey, Austria and other countries is open via the Turkish university entrance examination or via the Matura. According to the Austrian General Higher Education Act, holders of a Reifezeugnis from our school are considered equal to Austrians and are eligible to study at any Austrian university.
