Admissions
Step 1 — HOPAC Online Application and entry categories. Complete the HOPAC Online Application. Entry to Kindergarten, Grade 6 and Grade 11 is handled differently. Applications are closed until December 1, 2026. Step 2 — Assessments and interviews. All applicants for Kindergarten and Grade 6 with completed applications are invited to assessment and interview. Applicants meeting minimum requirements for entry into A Levels (Grade 11) are invited for assessment and interview. Assessments and interviews are conducted between March and April. Step 3 — Space availability and preferences. For other grades, testing and interviews are contingent on space; if there is space, initial testing and interviews for those grades will be conducted in May. All applicants for those grades will be contacted only if space is available. Preference is given to applicants who have a sibling at HOPAC or who have had a sibling study at the school previously, and to children of missionaries serving in Tanzania.
