Admissions

Admissions

1. Getting in touch. The first step is contacting the school via the contact form, by email, or by phone. An Open House provides an impression of everyday school life and an opportunity to meet the school leadership. The school provides further information and discusses the next suitable step for the child. 2. Consultation. A personal consultation is arranged to answer questions and introduce the school and its educational concept. If possible, a brief tour is provided during the consultation. If on-site visits are not possible, a virtual consultation by phone or email is available. 3. Trial days. If the consultation is positive for both sides, one or more trial days are arranged to allow the child to experience everyday school life. Trial days are a non-binding step and help both sides decide. If trial days are not possible, an alternative solution is discussed. 4. Registration. If SIS is chosen after consultations and trial days, the registration form is provided digitally or in printed form. The form is completed in full and submitted to the SIS school of your choice. The school is happy to support applicants with questions during this step. 5. School contract. After registration, the school contract is prepared and sent along with information about the enrolment fee. The contract is signed and the enrolment fee is received to secure the place. Once this is completed, the child is officially registered at SIS Switzerland and their place at the school is reserved.

Waitlist

If a year group or class is already full, waiting lists are maintained. To secure a place, enquire about capacity early, preferably in the spring.
