Termination of the school contract is only permitted at the end of a semester (31 January or 31 July) and requires written notice with the required notice period; final invoices following termination are payable within the contract terms. Late or unpaid fees may attract interest and collection charges. Refunds for after-school activities are not given for cancellations during a trimester.
