Late cancellation penalties and refunds follow the deadlines set by the school (cancellation by registered letter received by 15 February to avoid late‑cancellation penalties; penalties apply for later cancellations). For cancelled enrolments, the applicable penalties include a charge equal to three months of tuition if cancellation is received between 15 February and 1 June, or a charge equal to one semester if received after 1 June. When a pupil leaves or is expelled during the school year, the interrupted semester is due in full.
