Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school does not issue tuition invoices because no tuition is charged. For any permitted and voluntary charges (for example optional trips or certain extracurricular items), Örebro municipality issues invoices and handles billing; invoices from the municipality are normally sent during the second half of the month to which they relate. Payment terms and due dates follow the municipality's standard invoicing rules.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- Rudbecksgymnasiet does not operate a student boarding/home (elevhem) and there are no boarding fees charged by the school. (Boarding arrangements and permitted boarding fees are handled separately in the Swedish system and apply only to schools that operate designated student residences.)

- There is no mandatory school uniform and no uniform fee at Rudbecksgymnasiet.
- Required learning materials and other teaching tools that are necessary for the education are provided without charge in accordance with the law; occasional minor costs for specific activities or voluntary excursions may occur and are typically charged on a voluntary basis.
- The International Baccalaureate organisation (IBO) charges registration/assessment fees to schools; for municipal IB programmes these administrative and IBO-related fees are managed by the school/municipality as part of normal programme administration. Any student-specific, optional extras (for example optional re-marking of IB assessments if that were to be offered as a billable service) would be handled separately according to the school's invoicing practice.

Refund information

- There is no tuition to refund. For any voluntary, paid activities (such as optional trips or extras) refund handling follows the municipality's invoicing and refund routines; refunds for paid services are processed according to Örebro municipality's standard billing and repayment rules.

Fee payment options

- When the municipality issues invoices, standard municipal payment options are available: e-invoice (e-faktura), autogiro, payment via bankgiro/plusgiro, and receipt via common digital mail services (for example Kivra). Detailed payment methods and how to register for e-faktura or autogiro are handled through Örebro municipality's payment services.
