Fees
Application fees
- No application fee is charged to apply to Alice Lundsgymnasiet. Applications to municipal gymnasieskolor cannot be subject to an application charge.

Tuition fees by school year (Årskurs 1–3)
- Alice Lundsgymnasiet is a municipally operated gymnasium; there is no tuition charged to students for any year group. This applies to each school year and each term: Tuition = SEK 0 per term and SEK 0 per academic year for Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- There is no recurring tuition billing because the school does not charge tuition.
- When the school or municipality charges for voluntary or supplementary items (for example optional trips, certain extracurricular services or replacement costs), those charges are invoiced according to the municipality's normal invoicing routines. Invoiced charges are subject to standard municipal payment terms, reminder procedures and administrative fees where applicable.

Boarding fees (internat/elevhem)
- Alice Lundsgymnasiet does not operate boarding or internat services for which regular boarding fees would apply. Fees for cost and logi are only relevant for a small category of boarding arrangements at special schools; ordinary municipal gymnasieskolor do not charge boarding fees.

Other costs or fees (uniforms, materials, meals, equipment, student activities)
- Uniforms: There is no school uniform requirement and no routine uniform fee for students.
- School meals: School lunch provision for gymnasieelever in Borlänge is organised by the municipality; menus and meal policy are provided as part of the school service and school meal arrangements are handled under the municipality's meal policy. (Students do not pay tuition to access school education; meal arrangements follow municipal policy.)
- Textbooks and core learning materials: Textbooks, required learning materials and essential learning tools are provided as part of the funded education; schools may provide loaned devices (e.g., laptops) for schoolwork. A student can be held liable if a loaned device is lost or damaged through negligence in accordance with local loan rules.
- Vocational-program specific items: Students on vocational tracks may need program-specific protective clothing, tools or materials for practical courses. Cost responsibility for such items follows the municipality's and program rules; when a charge is necessary it must be reasonable and connected to the activity.
- Optional activities and events: Voluntary activities (study trips, optional courses, student-organised social events, graduation-related extras such as ceremonial items or private celebrations) can involve additional costs. Any charge for a voluntary activity must be reasonable and limited to the cost of the activity.

Refund information
- Where no fee is charged (application or tuition), refund policy is not applicable.
- For any charged voluntary or supplementary activity, refunds follow the municipality's invoicing and financial rules; if an activity is cancelled the municipality's normal refund procedures and any statements given when the fee was collected determine the refund. Charges that cover recoverable direct costs may be adjusted if circumstances change.

Fee payment options
- No standard tuition payment channels are required because no tuition is charged.
- When the municipality issues invoices for optional or supplementary charges, the municipality's common payment options apply (for example invoice / e‑invoice, autogiro or bank payment workflows used by municipal finance). Local point‑of‑sale or online payment acceptance (card or Swish) may be used for certain on‑site purchases or event fees depending on how the municipality or school chooses to collect a specific payment. Payment handling and minimum invoice rules are set by the municipality's finance routines.

If you are recording fee data for the 2026/27 academic year: Alice Lundsgymnasiet charges no application fee and no tuition for year groups 1–3; any other costs are limited to voluntary or program‑specific items described above and are billed on a case‑by‑case basis under municipal invoicing procedures.
