Calpe School is a British international school in Marbella (San Pedro), Spain, serving children aged 2 to 11. It is a NABSS member authorised to teach the British education system and follows the British National Curriculum, complemented by elements of the Spanish National Curriculum. Foundation Stage 2-5 years, Primary 5-7 years, and Primary 7-11 years. The curriculum provides a broad, balanced programme that includes Spanish as a Second Language and dedicated Spanish language support, with weekly French from Year 4. Facilities include three play areas (a 300m2 concrete sports area with seating, a creative play area, and a private Foundation space), a dining room, and a library with over 3,000 books with weekly borrowing. ICT resources include interactive whiteboards and a Clever-Touch screen. Extra-curriculars include Football, Basketball, Cross Country, Ballet, Spanish and Art, plus a Friday Homework Club. Music and Drama underpin the Arts, with Christmas and Summer concerts together.
