Introduction

Reddam House Atlantic Seaboard is a co-educational, non‑denominational private day school on the slopes of Signal Hill in Green Point, Cape Town. It offers a South African IEB curriculum through to the National Senior Certificate and also provides Advanced Placement options (AP Mathematics and AP English) in the senior phase. The school serves children aged 3 to 18 (stated on file) across early learning, preparatory and college phases. Instruction is in English; other modern and additional languages taught include Afrikaans (First Additional), French and Xhosa. The early years follow a Reggio Emilia‑inspired approach, and the middle/college phases run an “Impact Learning” model linking curriculum work to real‑world projects and UN Sustainable Development Goals. Facilities described on the school site include performing‑arts and music rooms, a dedicated music programme and a “superb” Astro turf pitch, with the small city campus using nearby specialist venues for some sports and cultural activities. The school is part of the Inspired Schools group.
