Dainfern College is an independent, co-educational day school of Christian ethos located in Dainfern, Johannesburg, serving Grade 0 to Grade 12 (ages 5–18). The High School follows the IEB National Senior Certificate as its primary exit qualification; the College offered Cambridge International AS/A Levels as an optional international route between 2019 and 2024 but has since discontinued that offering. English is the language of instruction (English Home Language) and the school teaches Afrikaans or isiZulu as First Additional Languages, with both introduced in the Junior Prep and a single choice made from Grade 4. Notable on‑campus facilities described by the school include a raked auditorium (464 seats), a Music Centre, multiple well‑resourced computer labs and BYOD expectations, newly opened makerspaces for STEAM learning, and sports infrastructure comprising an indoor sports hall, a high‑performance gym, a hockey Astro, a dedicated cricket academy, numerous fields and courts and swimming pools. A distinctive element of the College's programme is the Xtend‑it cross‑curricular module for Grades 8–9 and its Round Square membership.
