The Perse School (Singapore)'s purpose-built campus supports Early Years through Senior School. It is surrounded by nature reserves and provides modern facilities and ample outdoor spaces to support The Perse Way of education, which focuses on holistic development. Advanced facilities include modern classrooms, Senior School science labs, a dedicated Primary School lab (for science, culinary arts, and LEGO Robotics), the Young Culinarian Lab, an expansive AstroTurf field, cricket practice lanes, and visual and performing arts studios. The campus is sustainably designed in line with one of the school's values — care for one another and the environment.

Sports Facilities
The campus features several sports facilities such as an AstroTurf field in partnership with Barça Academy, cricket practice lanes in collaboration with world-class cricket player Rohit Sharma, a volleyball court, an indoor gymnasium, and a multi-sports court. The school also provides swimming lessons as part of its PE subject. Lessons are held at the nearby Temasek Club, with a dedicated bus service that transports students to and from the club.
