Academic Structure: The academic year consists of four terms.
Instalments: SYAS does not accept instalment payments.
Payment Deadline: Course and miscellaneous fees must be paid on the same day the Student Contract is signed.
Currency: Payments must be made in Singapore dollars.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made by crossed cheque, cashier’s order or Flywire. Cash is accepted only for miscellaneous fees.
Flywire Options: Depending on the payer’s country, Flywire may support PayNow, domestic bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay and PayPal.
Payments must be made directly to the school and not through an agent.

Refund Information:

Withdrawal Policy: Course fees, the meal plan and the Enrichment & Technology Fee are subject to SYAS’s Programme Withdrawal/Refund Policies.

San Yu Adventist School (SYAS) offers a curriculum aligned with Singapore's Ministry of Education standards. At the primary level (Primary 1 to 6), students study English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics, Science (from Primary 3), Bible Knowledge, Social Studies, Health Education, Art and Craft, Physical Education, Music Appreciation, and Computer Education (from Primary 3). Eligible Primary 6 students sit for the national Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE). At the secondary level (Secondary 1 to 4), the Express Stream includes English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Literature in English, Bible Knowledge, and Computer Education. Established in 1907, San Yu Adventist School (SYAS) emerged from the merger of San Yu High School and the Seventh-day Adventist School. The Seventh-day Adventist School began as the Eastern Training School in 1907, evolving through various name changes and relocations before settling at Upper Serangoon Road. Similarly, San Yu High School was founded by the West Malaysia-Singapore Mission, offering primary and secondary courses. In 1996, both institutions merged to form SYAS.
