Senior‑high tuition and component billing are presented by semester, with textbooks, registration and safety deposit payable on enrollment.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequency options published for the stated year levels include Monthly, Quarterly, Semi‑annual and Annual billing for tuition; each tuition line in the grade brochures lists the four corresponding amounts. The grade brochures show the monthly / quarterly / semi‑annual / annual values for tuition and the total package for each grade group.
- Registration, textbooks (books), miscellaneous, external assessment charges and the safety deposit are required to be paid on enrollment (these are one‑off items collected at the time of enrollment).
- The school's Accounting Office / Cashier handles enrollment and fee transactions; parents process initial payments at the Cashier/Accounting Office as part of enrollment procedures. Specific electronic payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, online portal) are not listed in the published enrollment brochures and fee files.

School transport (bus) fees
- Published bus subscription options shown in school memos: annual subscription QAR 4,000 or monthly QAR 400 per month (for 10 months). Bus registration is limited by route and seats are reserved on a first‑pay, first‑served basis; an advance payment may be required to secure a seat.

Other costs parents should expect
- Uniforms: items and uniform requirements are specified by grade; uniform items are an additional cost to parents (no uniform price listed in the fee schedules).
- Locker fee and bus‑tracking / ancillary charges: older/enrollment brochures list a Locker Fee QAR 100 per year and a Bus Tracking Service Fee QAR 50 where applicable; these items appear in published enrollment materials as ancillary optional charges.
- Textbooks: costs are listed per grade under the Books/Textbooks line and are payable on enrollment (amounts shown above by grade).

Safety deposit and refunds / withdrawal rules
- Safety deposit: a refundable safety deposit (commonly QAR 300) is collected at enrollment and is held to cover unpaid fees or damage to school property; the remaining balance of the safety deposit is refundable when the student finally leaves the school (transfer or graduation), subject to deductions for unpaid fees or damages.
- Transfer/Withdrawal tuition adjustments: the published student handbook sets out a graduated schedule of tuition charges on transfer or withdrawal (examples: percentage of annual tuition charged depending on timing within the term/quarter). Parents making a formal transfer/withdrawal are charged according to the handbook schedule.

Boarding
- Boarding is not listed as a service in the school's published fee schedules and handbooks; there are no boarding or boarding‑fee lines in the fee documents published for the school. Boarding fees therefore do not apply.

How payments are processed
- Enrollment and fee collection are processed through the school's Cashier / Accounting Office; parents are required to make the appropriate initial payments at the Cashier/Accounting Office to finalize enrollment. Published materials do not enumerate specific online payment channels or card/bank transfer instructions in the fee brochures. Contact details for the Accounting Office and Cashier are provided in the school materials.

(Note: the figures above are the amounts published in the school's grade‑level fee schedules and student handbook materials for the current published fee documents.)
